With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday.
Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.
Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.
Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.

We love Miramar!

Enjoyed our stay at Miramar

My husband and I enjoyed out stay at Miramar. The condo had everything we needed, was well stocked for cooking and very comfortable for relaxation. The staff onsite was very friendly and helpful through our stay. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the sunset. The grounds and pool area are very clean and it is very quiet and relaxing. We would stay again!

Tranquil getaway

This peaceful condo community was perfect for our short trip. The view was amazing, pool was very nice and the condo itself was pleasant. The AC worked great, kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We even snorkeled off the stairs by the pool and saw a beautiful stingray.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! We loved the location and Matt, Jose ( Pepe) and Oscar were so helpful during our stay. Snorkeling right there was so enjoyable and convenient. The sunsets from our balcony were amazing. We loved the pool area, very clean and well maintained property. We are already planning our return sometime next year! Would highly recommend!

Great location

Everything about the property was amazing. Check in process very easy. Very centrally located and easy to find your way around the island. Pool and view of ocean were phenomenal. They’re is even a little 10-12 foot dive into the ocean. Real easy to get in and out of water even though your on a cliff front. Great snorkeling right out front. 10 out of 10.

The condo was comfortable, clean, safe and overall a wonderful experience. The staff is completely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Nice condo right on the water

Miramar is a beautiful condo in a stunning setting. The patio deck is mere feet from the pool and ocean. There was plenty of poolside seating. The condo is a nice size with great amenities. Restaurants are withing walking distance. Downtown is a 2 mile walk or taxi ride (10). A great alternative to hotel or all-inclusive. Property manager Matias was extremely responsive and stayed in touch throughout our stay.

Fabulous Stay at Mira Mar #201

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Cozumel and staying at Mira Mar was a key component to our great vacation! The condo was spacious, clean and the view was beautiful. The snorkeling right off the property was very good and having the pool was such a nice perk. The whole complex was very well maintained and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Communication with Matias was superb. We would definitely stay at Mira Mar again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing place to stay while in Cozumel!

Great time at Miramar!

We’ve visited Cozumel about 9 times over about 30 years. We’ve stayed at a number of different properties and decided to give VRBO a try with this property. We were quite pleased with our experience. The condo, location and amenities were outstanding. And although it was further from town for us, it still was manageable for us 70 year olds for a one way walk! We enjoyed snorkeling off the shore, and must say, our host, Matt, was spectacular! Taking care of all our needs! We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Miramar!

Perfect getaway

This place was amazing. Away from the ship ports where the cruise people congregate. Quiet, peaceful, enjoyable, safe, not too big. Perfect setting to view the amazing colors of the Gulf of Mexico. I loved being able to snorkel right off of our place. Pool was amazing. Our hosts Matias and Isabelle were awesome and the cleaning and maintenance people Maribel and Ezekial were so kind and awesome for anything needed. Went for morning and evening walks along the wide sidewalk paths. Truely a place to get away from everything and everybody. Thank you for our perfect stay!

We enjoyed our week long stay. The condo was nice but the view was way better! The condo was a short $4-5 cab ride to town. There’s a safe path for riding bikes or running/walking in front of condo. The property management (Matías) was prompt to answer any questions and checking in was a breeze. Condo: clean, housekeeping every other day, kitchen loaded, comfy bed, but pillows need frebreezing, very nice shower, tv in bedroom needs updating. Overall we had an excellent vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to relax.

This is the second time we have rented in this condo building. Both units were very clean and contained all the essentials. Even though it is a half hour walk to San Miguel taxis are available which makes not having a car an option. The best part about this condo building is the great snorkeling right in front. Jose does a great job of keeping the grounds clean and is around every day to help with any issues.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed at Miramar 201 for 4 nights in March celebrating our anniversary,up on arrival Matias surprised my wife with a beautiful Floral arrangement ad a happy anniversary Note! it was Very kind of him, The apartment was wonderful, we enjoyed every part of it, from the cozy living room to the relaxing terrace , super clean, bed was comfortable, AC was great when used, TV for relaxing evenings, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with great water pressure, Every time we had a question Matias was there to assist quickly, and Jose the attendant was always friendly and on top of his game, always with a smile, Jose went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and gave us great advice on places to go and things to do around. We will definitely come back and rent from Seaside Retreats for sure!

This was our second time in the same condo (201). We found it 3 years ago and loved the vacation. Came back this year after a massive search around the Caribbean for what we like. Close to town...but not too close. Quiet, beautiful North end. Pool space is usually quiet and adult. Jump right in the ocean and come back up the spiral stair case. Some of the best snorkeling anywhere on the island I found within 100 yards. the grounds are maintained with precision. One thing....they really need to replace the poor grill with a nice propane grill by the pool!

We had a great time here. The unit was perfect for a couple. The location of the building is terrific. Close to airport and town but far enough away from noise or crowds. We didn't even go to the beach. We loved basking in the sun at the pool which overlooks the sea (bring a float or noodle). The neighbors in the condo were wonderful and considerate. We snorkeled right there off the property. Coral was beautiful. We went scuba diving (used Blue Project Valet - great dive opeartion). Went to great resturants. We rented a car -- Budget Car Rental -- in town was half the price of local car rental service. We felt very safe on the island. We didn't want to leave.

Truly memorable

This operation should get 6 stars. Host Matt didn’t skip a beat from immediate responsiveness before arrival and whenever there was a request. He was at the door within five minutes of me texting him to help me when my I phone lost service and facilitated a referral at Mega to get it fixed. I felt like a valued family member – a rare occurrence nowadays. And the condo was the cleanest, most colorful, well appointed, and equipped I’ve ever seen. Same thing for the whole outdoor surroundings. And his right hand man, Esequiel, was always available to be very helpful. Don’t miss the onsite excellent snorkeling.

Great Condo

A beautiful condo that is comfortably furnished with lots of Mexican art. The kitchen is well stocked & the dishes are festive. The onsite staff is very helpful. Quiet small complex that is very clean. A 20-30 minute walk to town. Taxis are plentiful & $5 to town. Be sure to bring plenty of $5s. There are reusable shopping bags in the condo for trips to the Mega grocery store. Also lots of books & movies to use. The sunsets from the balcony are beautiful. Snorkeling right off the property & a nice pool. The harbor is a 10 minute walk to get on a dive boat. Matais hooked us up with a great dive master & chef to come in & cooked a fabulous dinner. If you’re looking for a restful spot away from the hustle & bustle of town but close enough to enjoy this is the place.

Amazing view!- clean, comfortable spacious and cozy.

AMAZING VIEW!!, good size balcony (2nd floor), ocean/pool view, very comfortable KING size bed (not too soft ...not too hard, nice soft sheets and pillows). Matt the manager and staff were very responsive, easy to get a hold of and super friendly. Close to town (5-10 minutes), probably 15- 20 minutes to south marina if you are diving but a nice easy drive. The kitchen has all it needs for vacation cooking, washer/dryer (laundry soap is supplied! yay!, so you don't have to buy a large one you'll never use up), the hair dryer, although not used often is nice to have if needed/wanted. The cleaning service is amazing (every other day if you want it). We looked at several other condos in the building and area managed by the same company, will definitely stay again, or in a larger one when friends/family join us on our next vacation to Cozumel. AWESOME!!

Love the sunsets

We are also VRBO property owners and appreciate the thought care and attention that went into everything. In Oregon, we don't get sunsets, so we really enjoyed the evening with a beverage, playing cards, and watching the sunset. It will take you 75 pesos to get to and from town. The pool is clean and the beautiful feature is you can walk right down the to water via the stairs or jump off the plank. We snorkeled once and truly enjoyed it. We took a walk once and heading north there is a private beach club for $10 each the entrance goes toward food and drinks. Nice place. We just stopped and toured. Our favorite food places were: Taqueria Los Sera's and for a nice meal either Buccano's Kondesa We did take one snorkeling tour to go out to 3 different spots. 15 others on the boat but it was well worth it. We rented a Jeep for 2 days and did the loop. Not much to see on the other side. We did eat at Chen Rio. We had the shrimp plate and a fresh fish marinated in a shrimp sauce. Both were fantastic. We truly enjoyed our 5 nights there. Thank you, Art and Bettina
