STERLING SHORES 1 BEDROOM GULFVIEW NEWLY UPDATED
We are Bob and Diane and live in Destin. We are the original owners, and your vacation is important to us.
We have just completed (March, 2026) a complete renovation of our Sterling Shores #312 one bedroom and one bath condominium home. The bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower with a seamless glass enclosure, quartz countertop, updated sink, faucet and lighting, and a chair height toilet. The kitchen has new appliances, a quartz breakfast bar, and new appliances as well as new furniture and accessories in the family room. The large balcony with a resort and gulf view, make our condominium home a true standout. Sterling Shores has just completed a complete renovation as well!!
Sterling Shores has an amazing GULFVIEW location across from a local favorite restaurant, Back Porch. It is a gated community on nine lushly landscaped acres and has almost 300 feet of private beach access. There are two pools, and one is gulf front and is heated seasonally. The other pool is fabulous for children, and your children just love it! There is a mushroom fountain and a zero entry feature that lets them be as deep in the water as they like--or just a few inches. Perfect for when they were younger! As with most things, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the biggest benefit to Sterling Shores. It is close enough to restaurants to walk, and a few feet from the beach. It is also close enough to walk to The Track and very near Big Kahunas. Grocery stores including Walmart, Winn Dixie, Fresh Market and Publix and Whole Foods are also in the neighborhood. There is not a better location, a nicer pool or a better value than Sterling Shores #312 for singles, couples and small families!

We personally manage and maintain our Sterling Shores Gulf of Mexico ocean view vacation condominium home, and will meet you during your visit. We enjoy sharing our bit of paradise with our guests from a locals point of view. Our goal is to help make this your favorite beach vacation ever with special tips on fishing, golf, restaurants, shopping, hiking, and adventures of all kinds. Family memories are what brought us here to live permanently in 1995, and we want your family memories to bring you back again and again!
Why they chose this property
We are very proud of the like-new condition in which we keep our Gulf of Mexico ocean view condominium. WE ARE NOT A MANAGEMENT COMPANY; we are the original owners and live in Destin. Great location near The Track and Big Kahunas. Restaurants close enough to walk. Back Porch is a favorite of our family and is across the street with a great Gulf front view. Sterling Shores has two pools--one is gulf front and the other is a free form fabulous fun for everyone masterpiece. We hope you will visit! We look forward to welcoming you!
What makes this property unique
As we reflect on our small beach town and why we chose to live here in 1996, we realize how much our community has to offer. We think you can find almost all the things on your vacation wish list in our area. The beautiful emerald water and the sugar white sands on our beaches is the obvious first choice of things to do here, but we also have the largest designer outlet mall in the country and fantastic gourmet and family dining. There is a zoo in Gulf Breeze and a wolf preserve in Chipley as well as the E. O. Wilson Biophilia Center in Freeport. We have a water park, miniature golf, movie theaters, bowling and any kind of water sport you can think of. We have award winning state parks with outstanding hiking and beaches and even hiking TO beaches. Chautauqua Winery is in nearby Defuniak Springs. You can take a scuba lesson or learn to surf, paddle board, kayak or take a class in water color painting or yoga. We even have had whale sightings reported. We are a world class fishing and golfing destination. You can have bicycles delivered right to the front door. Sterling Shores gulfside pool is heated seasonally
