Relax and enjoy the panoramic views of Green lake from the north shore!

This classic lake home was built in 1892, one of the oldest homes on Big Green Lake. Upon purchasing the home in 2020, we did our best to preserve its charm, yet adding all the amenities needed to provide a home away from home. The total restoration includes the expansion of the screened porch – the place where everyone gathers. This is where games are played, meals are served, and that well-deserved nap is taken as the light breeze off the lake keeps you cool. Our private dock is a short walk from the porch, with plenty of room for family to gather and enjoy the fun on the lake. Green Lake Marina rents boats for serious boaters, and you're also welcome to use the kayaks we provide as part of your stay. The property includes a guest cottage that comfortably sleeps eight. Sometimes, having a place to retreat to when friends and/or family are in full swing is welcomed. Another relaxing retreat is the screened sleeping porch on the second floor of the lake house. You're surrounded by nature, enjoying amazing lake views without the bugs! Our home is on the north shore and less than five minutes from Green Lake. Green Lake offers a variety of restaurant options, groceries, and most of the things you need to enjoy lake life. With Madison and Milwaukee's city lights far enough away, you will enjoy the fantastic light show the stars provide. If the clouds prohibit this opportunity, enjoying the natural light from a campfire is just as fun.
