Enjoy sunrises with incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view. The Kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig, flat screen TVs and high speed internet. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a flat screen smart TV. The 2nd BR has a King bed. The Sherwin building has fantastic amenities including an enormous penthouse club room, a billiards room, sunroom library/game room, fitness center, a pool that is heated year round, hot tub, and sauna!
