• No pets unless approved in advance. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning and replacement charges, starting at $250, assessed after check out.
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Checkout: By 11:00 AM
• Late check-in or late checkout is available by request and approval only:

This place has a great location to explore LA. Tomoni was a gracious host who was always responsive to our questions. The deco was very LA and spot on. Parking was a plus especiallyin Hollywood. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Hi Bernard, While I appreciate your kind words, I must address some issues during your stay. You consumed a $100 bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rosé without asking and then refused to pay for it. Additionally, you agreed to a $50 surcharge for a late checkout until 4pm but failed to follow through with the payment. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I strongly advise other hosts to be cautious when dealing with this guest.

Tomomi was wonderful host and has a great property to offer anyone looking for a visit to Hollywood!!This is a great Condo located on the top floor of the complex with a nice balcony. Very clean and welcoming, fresh cut flowers and snacks upon arrival. Well stocked and comfortable. One thing that stood out was exceptional directions on parking, access, and amenities. Best Vrbo I’ve been to and best stocked kitchen appliances, bathroom amenities and more. Lovely decor with perfect Hollywood themes. Entire property has the perfect California vibe!Underground secure parking is a huge plus!!!Easy access to the elevator, hot tub, rooftop, and more!My daughter and I enjoyed a holiday girls trip and will cherish these memories forever. Pretty Good for Hollywood

I had a wonderful stay here. Staying in the center of Hollywood can be overwhelming, but my apartment was excellent, clean, and felt very safe. I highly recommend.

Loved the location in Hollywood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sights. The place itself is in a beautiful and safe building. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay!

Thank you for your review. I’d like to clarify a couple of things: The in-unit laundry is fully functional and always accessible — I personally use it regularly without any issues. I’m not sure why you found it otherwise, but I can assure you there’s nothing wrong with it. Regarding the 5:30am check-in: This was well outside standard check-in hours, and as communicated, a $50 fee applies. While it may not be listed on the main VRBO page, it’s something I handle on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and availability — and I always try to accommodate when I can. I do my best to make every stay smooth, and I hope you can appreciate that certain logistics — like early-morning arrivals — require additional coordination.

This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it.

Great property and host

Super cute apartment in a great location with a pool, jacuzzi, and rooftop area with a nice view of the Hollywood sign. We were just a short walk from most of the places we wanted to go, including the Pantages theatre. The host is great and she met me upon check-in to ensure it went smoothly. Highly recommend, and my partner and I would love to stay again next time we're in town.

I always strive to provide a smooth and seamless check-in experience for my guests by offering a guided check-in, which was declined in this case. Instead, I provided the building access code and detailed check-in instructions. Unfortunately, the guest did not inform me of their delayed arrival and did not pass on the instructions to the person who eventually checked in, leading to confusion. Additionally, while I aim to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all guests, my housekeeper reported excessive mess and damage to the kitchen sink and countertop, which required extra cleaning and care. I encourage all guests to treat the space with respect so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.

Cute apt., great location

Centrally located - cute apt. with parking (bonus!) and a hot tub and pool! Check in was smooth- we met the host outside the parking garage for the pass and keys (We were stuck in traffic from the airport and she had to wait a bit for us to arrive which we felt bad about but not sure how to coordinate the exchange better.) The apt. has all the amenities you need - and more! The host left complimentary snacks and drinks which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated! There are lots of restaurants and bars walking distance from the apt which was nice (trendy spot, The Waffle, is right across the street!). You’ll feel like a local staying here.

Hollywood Happiness!!! My daughter and I really enjoyed this hot spot. Tomomi, you are The hostess with the mostest for sure. We were greeted to get access to this centrally located updated building with a very sweet smile and treats. The descriptions were spot on plus some for this one bedroom top floor unit with a view of the pool, sunset, and downtown Hollywood. Safe parking and entrance to the building. one block away from the famous hollywood walk, many restaurants, and cool little shops. The key for me on VRBOS is a good coffee station and cooking amenities. It was beyond well stocked and the outdoor shared areas have amazing BBQ spots and comfortable seating to enjoy the great weather. For 1-3 people, this spot is an amazing option. Comfortable bed and convertible couch made for a great short stay for us. Thank you and we will be back for sure.

We're in Hollywood Baby!

Great Condo, decorated in Hollywood Glitter and Glamour. Tomomi was a great host. The unit is on the top floor with a nice balcony. Super clean and fresh cut flowers when we arrived. Well stocked and comfortable. The bed was a brick with a mattress cover, I mean that in the best way. I slept so wonderfully. If you like a firm mattress you will love it. If you want to sleep on a cloud....the double recliner is super comfy and lays flat. LOL. Underground secure parking with charging available. Easy access to the elevator, there is a 2nd elevator. I only mentioned that because ours was down for a day. After 7 flights of stairs a neighbor told us where the 2nd on was. I would recommend Running Goose restaurant, just a short walk and Breakfast by Salt and Cure in West Hollywood, 2 mile walk. Superba for lunch was AMAZING just down the street a few blocks. Would we stay here again? Absolutely.
