Villa Anemos is a very nice private villa from a complex of private villas in a very beautiful and quiet area of Vivari very close to the sea, which will make you feel comfortable and you have unforgettable hours of relaxation. We will be glad to accommodate you and do everything we can to spend unforgettable holidays. These minimal villas offer the perfect summer setting within 12 klm from Nafplion in eastern Peloponnese.
All villas have a dominant white decor with pastel splashes of colour creating a relaxing ambience for your holidays.

Just one comment : perfect ! The house is just perfect for wonderful holidays. The view is unbelievable. Katerina has been very welcoming, always available and helpful. Location is perfect as from the house we can visit a lot of archaeological sites.

Elysium!

We have enjoyed the last autumn sunshine in this beautiful place. If you spend a few relaxing days here, you'll understand the meaning of the greek word "Elysium"! If you are looking for party & fun, go somewhere else, this is a place for relaxing all day at the pool, reading a good book, enjoy the magnificent view over the bay, and have a bucolic Greek dinner in the evening. We went there in early November, so already quiet season, but there was a basic but very nice fish tavern still open (Borelli, 1km down the road, lovely folks!) where we enjoyed fresh fish from the grill and a good bottle of wine (ask the junior boss, he has some nice recommendations) several times. Or you can make your own BBQ on the terrace, charcoals and everything is there. We bought the meat for the BBQ at ΚΡΕΟΜΑΡΚΕΤ ΝΑΥΠΛΙΟΥ in Nafplio, a really good butcher. And don't forget to stop in Drepano at Maria's little grocery shop and ask for the house wine of her family! She sells it simply in plastic bottles – but it's perfectly quaffable!

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus von Katerina und Dimitris liegt einfach fantastisch in einer ruhigen und wunderschönen Bucht. Man hat von jedem Zimmer aus Meerblick, ebenso wie vom Pool aus. Das Haus und der Pool sind super gepflegt und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben das Haus sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge, z.B. nach Nafplio, Korinth, Epidaurus und Mykene. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden sehr gerne einmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Katerina und Dimitris!

Séjour exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette villa en Grèce. Katerina et Dimitri sont des hôtes remarquables. À notre arrivée, Katerina nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter pleinement de la villa. Elle avait préparé un guide très utile avec des adresses de magasins, de restaurants, et des suggestions de visites. La villa était impeccablement propre. Katerina avait pensé à tout pour notre confort, y compris un plateau de courtoisie avec café et thé, ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour notre premier petit déjeuner, comme du pain, du beurre et de la confiture. Nous avons également trouvé des bouteilles d'eau et une bouteille de rosé local dans le réfrigérateur. Des produits de douche étaient également à notre disposition. En résumé, nous avons vécu un séjour exceptionnel, avec des hôtes extraordinaires. Un grand merci à eux !

Das Haus ist der Hammer! Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt, weil wirklich alles stimmte. Die Fotos lügen nicht, das Haus ist absolut MEGA! Für jede Tageszeit gibt es ein schattiges Plätzchen – oder den super Pool mit Blick aufs Meer. Alles ist großzügig ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit und einfach super: Sie kümmern sich um das Haus, aber Ihr habt absolute Privatsphäre. Kurzfassung: Das beste Haus, die allerbesten Vermieter – einfach alles rundum klasse!

Et dejligt ophold i det skønneste hus. Lækkert i alle henseender. Minimalistisk og enkel stil.

The best stay EVER!

My husband and I stayed at the villa for 6 wonderful days. We had the best stay ever at Katerina and Dimitris's place. They are absolutely wonderful, charming, and helpful hosts. Their villa is OUTSTANDING! A real dream house for a dream vacation. The house is immaculately clean, comfortable, and beautiful, the view is breathtaking! It's near wonderful historical sites (Mycenae, Epidaurus, Nafplio, and more). There are plenty of taverns, restaurants, lovely beaches in the near vicinity. The pool is lovely and super clean. The villa has all the amenities you need. We could stay there forever :) And again - we can't praise Katerina and Dimitris enough! You will enjoy every moment!

A wonderful villa holiday

We have just returned from an absolutely fabulous family holiday, staying 9 nights in Villa Anemos. With our daughters growing up (21, 20 and 17), we have to get it right if they want to tag along with Mum and Dad. And this holiday was possibly our best ever. We had originally booked for 2020, but Covid forced us to postpone. Katerina and Dimitris were flexible and helpful on this. Then, our flights were re-jigged (due to Covid) – which meant arriving at the villa at midnight. But again, no problem - Dimitris was there to greet us and settle us in. We were wonderfully impressed by the Villa, although too tired at that stage to really take it in. The following morning, the view that greeted us was spectacular. So often, brochures exaggerate and embellish with clever professionally taken photos. Not this time. The villa’s setting and view is frankly incredible – and was a constant joy throughout the holiday. The villa itself was very well appointed and a pleasure to stay in. The pool is just as perfect as it looks in the photo! The only crisis of the holiday came when our rental car key was dropped into the sea on day 1. Katerina and Dimitris immediately came to the rescue. Katerina co-ordinated with the car rental company to get a spare key couriered to her house, while Dimitris drove us to four separate local car rental companies in Tolo and Nafplio until we secured a 24-hour deal at a reasonable (locally negotiated!) price. From then on everything went perfectly. Lots of sunbathing, relaxing, reading and family games, interspersed with fascinating trips to local sites of historic interest (in our case: Epidaurus, Tiryns, Mycenae, Sparta/Mystras). The old town in Nafplio is delightful. We found excellent restaurants there, as well as in the local villages of Vivari and Drepano. All in all, a superb family holiday. Hervorragendes Ferienhaus in bester Lage und sehr netten Vermietern

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, sauber und unglaublich gut gelegen (zwischen Athen und Olympia). Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen- die Aussicht, der Pool und die Zimmer sind grandios, der Strand nicht weit entfernt. Katerina und Dimitris waren sehr nette Gastgeber und haben bei Fragen geholfen, wo sie konnten (bei Fragen haben Sie selbst spät in der Nacht geantwortet). Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen!

A great family holiday

What a lovely place and, particularly out of season, it was peaceful yet with lovely weather. We were in the pool every day and in the sea throughout the week also. Eating out in the local tavernas was a delight and day trips to local attractions such as Epidavros, Nafplion and the local olive oil factory all added to a wonderful week. Thanks also to Dimitris and Katerina who did their utmost to ensure that we had everything we needed and were totally at home in their villa.

Ein hervorragender Ausblick

Die Villa hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Der Ausblick ist hervorragend. Der Pool und die Terrassen können alleine genutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt. Es ist sehr ruhig! Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam!
