Our prime location next to West Bay Street means you can easily walk to the beach and explore all the nearby commercial establishments (including 15 restaurants) on foot. Whether you're seeking adventure or simply looking to unwind, Kestrel is the perfect choice for an unforgettable getaway, especially for honeymooners!
The 329-square foot apartment consists of a 209 square-foot bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Six-outlet power strips with 4 USB ports, conveniently placed at the bed head will accommodate devices from the US, UK, EU, and most power adapters. A kitchen with modern amenities will make it easy to prepare meals. A well-supplied bathroom with all the necessities will keep packing personal items to a minimum.
With its private entrance on the top floor of the hosts' residence, guests may enjoy its use fully. A smart door lock with a keypad makes checking-in a breeze. Guests' safety is assured by a well-illuminated entrance.

Originally from Martinique, your retired educator and bilingual hostess has lived in Trinidad, Jamaica, the United States and has vacationed in England, Germany, Switzerland, France, Canada, Columbia and throughout the Caribbean. All of this travel exposure and her work in the tourism sector as director of training at Atlantis has shaped her understanding of visitors' needs, and she enjoys interacting with guests while letting them take the lead on how much interaction they wish to have. Her focus is to help guests have a hassle-free stay at Kestrel. She is particularly happy to give a walking tour of the neighborhood to guests who are up for it. Guests may expect to receive an invitation to participate in our family Christmas dinner.
Why they chose this property
Our beautiful coastal and touristic neighborhood is made for the enjoyment of visitors to The Bahamas with its stretch of sandy beaches, turquoise ocean water, stunning sunsets over the ocean, more than 15 local restaurants, the entertainment and phletora of eating venues available at Baha Mar resort and Sandals Royal Bahamian Hotel, public transit, medical/health support, grocery stores, shopping plazas, etc. Locals and tourists flock the area and patronize the restaurants and night-life entertainment. As my favorite exercise is swimming, access to the beach tops the list of my preference for my neighborhood.

The Bahamas being a high-end destination, Kestrel prime location next to West Bay Street where all the commercial establishments and hotels/resort and nightlife entertainment and the beach can be accessed on foot will make vacationing more affordable.
