Forgotten items will be stored for 7 days, after which they will be donated or discarded. Any pickup or delivery of these items will incur a shipping and admin fee.
📭 MAIL & PARCELS This property does not include mailbox access. Please do not use the address for mail delivery. For postal needs, consider renting a P.O. box at a local post office. If we discover an unauthorized party / event happening at the property the booking will be immediately cancelled and no refunds shall be given.
★ Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately cancelled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit.
★ Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, and incense are strictly prohibited in the property.
★ Glitter, confetti, and streamers are not permitted on the property.
★ Please return the garage door opener - a $150 fee will be charged if needed to be replaced.
★ All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $50 additional guest fee per person.
★ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
★ If the property is not vacated by 10 AM, a late check-out fee of $50 will be applied for each additional 30 minutes.

It sounds like there may have been some confusion with another listing and this review was meant for a different property. The house is perfect for a large group with a living room and a family room. The house was well stocked and even had a dog bed for my pup. The yard is large and fenced for those with dogs and is close to the Anthony Henday so it is easy to travel around Edmonton and St. Albert. I would definitely stay there again.

It was everything that we expected and more! We went to Edmonton as a family of 8 to visit the mall and could not be happier about the accomodations that we had chosen! Quick and easy communication with the hosts with toys and games to play with for the kiddos plus a cute little backyard with a hammock when we needed to relax! 10 / 10 for sure and if we come back again as a big family we know where we will be staying :)
The property really is as awesome as the ad and pictures show! We ended up staying 2 weeks and having the yard for the dogs and a full home to ourselves was a lifesaver. It is located very close to West Edmonton Mall and within 15-20 min of pretty much anything else we needed to get to across the city. The hosts are great and communicated everything so it went without a hitch:) Definitely recommend the property!

Stellar communication! Extremely spacious and very quiet! I live in the country and usually don’t do well in city settings. But this place was SILENT. Clean, safe neighborhood, convenient location. The entire house was spic and span and extremely comfortable! I loved that the host was thoughtful enough to include extra amenities such as toothbrushes and feminine supplies. It just shows their attention to detail and your comfort. Would absolutely stay here again!
