Just Steps from West Beach (Westbrook, CT). Great views of Long Island Sound and Salt Marsh from Extra Large Deck. New Construction just completed in Spring of 2024. Open floor plan on first floor with all new appliances and amenities. Second floor has two bedrooms each with queen size bed and a full size bed in a sleeping alcove separated by screen , full bath, and a laundry room. Will provide linens (including towels).

Always loved and thrived to live by the ocean. Currently reside in Marco Island, Fl., but spend most of the warmer months in either Westbrook, CT or Loud’s Island, ME. I built this house with the assistance of my significant other “Karen”, my sister “Jane”, add my brother-in-law “Jim”. We all are co-partners, share the same interests, and absolutely love the people in this beautiful beach community.

Other than being brand new, it has views like no other in the area. To the south you view Long Island and the Sound and to the west you have a half mile unobstructed view of salt marsh and the wonderful wildlife there.
