“Yee-Haw!” Cowboys and Cow gals! Round-Em-Up in this retro/country themed home with private Hot Tub on 20 acres. One level home with 3 Bedrooms/2 Full Baths. Sleeps 10. Relax-or play! Game Table includes Pool, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Roulette and Poker. Enjoy the turntable (also Bluetooth) with the records we provide, or bring your own! Team up with Country Hot Tub Hideaway (next door on 40 acres) for larger families or groups. We hope this will be one of your memorable experiences!

Super private home in all directions! Nice tree and Mountain Views.
The Master bedroom includes King bed, roll away single bed and Pac N Play. Master bath has Jacuzzi tub w jets.
-2nd bedroom has a King with a single bunk and a single trundle. Desk, chair and closet.
-3rd bedroom has a Queen with a single trundle and closet. Living Room and also Family Room both have leather couches with 2 recliners each.
-Full kitchen- we probably have what you need. Reach out with any questions on amenities.
-Full-size washer and dryer.
-Central heat and A/C, fans in every room.
-Hot Tub can hold 10 (more or less)
Bring a 4-wheel-drive in extremely rainy or snowy weather.

Entire house on 20 acres. Dirt roads connect at the gate to our next property at Country Hot Tub Hideaway (on its own 40 acres). If staying in Country Cowboy Hot Tub Hideaway the property line is at the little gate South of the house. If staying at both properties continue through East/North through the gate to Country Hot Tub Hideaway. 60 acres of outdoor adventure if booking both properties simultaneously!

In rainy and snowy weather you will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle.

A very thoughtful and comfortable stay for 2+ families traveling or just hanging out. Has every amenity needed for a stay, and extra touches everywhere perfect for entertaining everyone in the family. A little off the main roadway, it has ample area to explore outside or just hang indoors when it's hot outdoors.

Comfortable, delightful country house on acres of property. Quiet and peaceful, they have almost everything you would need, minus actual groceries. There was even a pair of binoculars we used to supplement the telescope we brought for stargazing. The hot tub was a hit with all of us.

Loved every minute.

We stayed for four nights, and loved every minute. Our host was incredibly responsive, and the home has everything you need and more. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the morning while eating breakfast and loved the feeling of being (almost) in the wilderness but still having everything we need near by.

We truly emerged in spectacular nature with a heart warming cozy house. We could experience authentic beautiful desert directly. Artistic sun rise with clouds in a strong wind cleared our mind. Hot tub outside gave us a warmth inside a strong cold wind of desert!

Lovely Home in a Beautiful Setting

My husband and I needed a quick getaway and this ranch style home was just perfect. It was all one level and beautifully decorated inside with very comfortable large clean rooms and fun amenities like an air hockey table that could be converted into a pool table and a ping pong table. There was a wood burning stove that kept the home warm and toasty, plus a large hot tub on the back porch, which was just what we needed to relax. There was also birdseed available to feed the scrub jays and quail out back. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and are looking forward to our next stay.

Min Reunion

This private property was the perfect second leg of our trip to Southern California and a nice getaway for us. The home is comfortable and very clean and seems like everything in it is new with sprinklings of unique furniture and vintage/curated pieces that make it homey and interesting. The layout of the home makes everything accessible and the kitchen is perfectly appointed. Also the night views and hot tub were the perfect night cap! It is so quiet and relaxing here! We’ve already recommended the place to others and look forward to returning. Roberta is ultra responsive if you have any questions!

We loved our first home situated up the road on its own 40 acres (Country Hot Tub Hideaway) so much that we bought this one! It has it's own charm and we want to share it with out guests. Stargazing, style and privacy are the main attractions at both homes.

This property is on 20 totally private acres near Anza/Borrego, Julian, Borrego Springs, Palomar Mountain, PCT Trail hubs and super cool Hiking spots like Eagle Rock. Where can you stay with 20 private acres near all these areas and with clean, stylish decor? Ranchita is a Stargazer's Heaven!
