Your perfect retreat in Aggieland! This comfy modern ranch home is a stones throw away from the Baylor Scott & White Hospital, and minutes away from the Texas A&M University campus.

Enjoy an open concept living area and full kitchen. Wake up to sun drenched mornings on the back porch.
Three full bedrooms - a king & queen modern low bed, a full/twin bunk bed - all with Nectar memory foam mattresses. The second and bunk bedrooms have attached closets for storage.
Two full bathrooms - a masterbath and hall bathroom for your convenience. Bidet included!
A study/den serves as a flexible fourth bedroom with a twin bed having an attached trundle unit. The space also has a spacious 60` deskspace with a small armoire for storage. Free Unlimited Hi-Speed Wifi on our guest network!
Pre-game, or watch a movie on our Samsung 85` TV in the living room or Samsung 48` TV in the master bedroom. Over the air Local Broadcast Network channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime available. No Cable TV (Sorry). A vintage Nintendo 64 is available with limited games.
We are kid friendly! Booster seat, playpen available!
Guests are welcome to use the entire home.
We are avaible for our guests as needed
Midtown Reserve - Quiet new neighborhood that is to become the new centerpiece of College Station. Please do pardon the construction traffic as the area expands!
The home has a spacious 2 car garage to house your vehicles.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please let us know in advance if you need anything and we will do our best to make it happen!
1. Please turn off lights/stove when not in use.
2. Please wash used dishes/pots/pans/cutlery and return to their designated places.
3. Please empty garbage cans and place trash/recycle in the provided bins (located in garage).
4. Guests staying at Kaivalya Retreat on Thursday evenings are requested to put the garbage/recycle cans to the curb.
5. Guests staying at Kaivalya Retreat on Friday evenings are requested to put hte garbage/recycle cans back in the garage.
6. Please empty/throwout ALL unused perishable food items at the end of your stay.
