Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located East Memphis home. Located in a quiet safe area and only 5 minutes to The University of Memphis, 13 minutes to the medical district and 17 minutes from Beale Street.

Recently renovated and ready to rent the house offers one King bedroom, a full bedroom and one Queen pull out couch. There is a full bathroom and a laundry room, a dining area and living room.
This is one side of a duplex.

We enjoyed this stay. The property was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say about my stay is there should be a bath mat in the tub. I stepped into the shower and almost fell. When I have to go back to Memphis and stay, I would stay there again.

Great space. Everything you need is here. We had one tiny problem and Kym had it taken care of in less than an hour. It was clean, well taken care of and on the route to everything we needed.

She must have forgotten to put out toilet paper. I definitely supply toilet paper for my guest. Again I apologize

The location was great! Close to downtown, popular neighborhoid restaurants & venues, parks and Memphis Botanic Garden. We had everything we needed. The area appears to be in a renovation stage. This was accurate with pictures and we would return. Host was quick to respond and great to extend our check out time, after we requested.

I booked this property while traveling to Memphis to be with my father during his first chemotherapy treatment. I informed the host of this and requested early check-in due to traveling from Chicago. The host confirmed the unit was ready.When I arrived around 2:30 PM, I was placed in a different unit than the one I booked. I agreed until I entered and found unacceptable conditions: a dirty kitchen, a refrigerator/freezer that didn’t work and leaked water, and a bathroom with feces on the toilet seat and toothpaste on the sink and mirror. The unit was clearly not cleaned.The host stated her cleaner was out of town and mentioned a recent issue with a vagrant possibly accessing the unit due to being a former tenant having a key. I requested access to the unit I actually booked. Even after cleaning, the sheets appeared unchanged, the couch smelled like urine, floors were not properly cleaned, and basic supplies were lacking i.e half a toilet paper roll!On January 1st, new guests arrived next door around midnight, and I woke up to cigarette smoke as if they were smoking inside the duplex next door and loud partying despite stated house rules.This property is poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. I would not recommend booking it. Very disappointing!
