This lovely decorated apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. It is perfectly located on the 4th floor building (with no elevator) on the most central street of Miramar.A three-bedroom apartment accommodates 7 people. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet and storage space. First Bedroom have a two Full Futon beds and one Twin bed that accommodates five people, second Bedroom have a Queen size bed, Master bedroom have a Queen size bed .Bathrooms provided with freshly cleaned cotton towels and soap. The apartment is equipped with a Laundry area, includes both washer and dryer. Living Room area with Air Conditioning, Wifi and a 28" Smart TV with Cable. Dining Area, seats 6. A kitchen fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave and fridge. Cookware, Dinnerware are also provided. Iron/Ironing board. Four chairs and six beach towels are provided This apt include one parking space located at Union street (left side of the building) there is a picture of the space, picture 16. The building is a familiar space with one apartment per floor and Security cameras in common areas.You'll have the entire property to enjoy. You will have a code to open the Key lock box located at the building lobby to open both doors, but personal check in can be arranged if necessary.The check in hour is a 3:00 pm and the check out at 11:00 am but I'm flexible upon request. We can coordinate special arrangements for you convenience.

Andres was a wonderful host. He responded to all correspondence quickly. The apartment is lovely. Three spacious bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. Everything was clean. There was a washer dryer, beach chairs, beach toys, as well as all the pots and pans, dishes etc. The little balcony was a lovely retreat. Air conditioning worked beautifully. Miramar is close enough to Old San Juan and some lovely beaches to be convenient. Walkable if you're fit. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close (within 2 blocks) We ranged in ages from 50 to 75 and we managed the four flights of steps without a lot of difficulty. Highly recommend this apartment. We Uber-ed all over SanJuan and never waited longer than 5 minutes.

Amazing Place - Great Owner - Far Walk

Great place, no complaints at all about the property itself. The only bad part is it is truly a very long walk from anything major within SJ. If you rent a car or are prepared to walk a ton (like my group did) then you will no doubt, not regret the money spent on this place.

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful art and great location within walking distance to two grocery stores (one with fine specialty items), great restaurants, museum and a beautiful beach. The kitchen was well set up with new appliances. Andres was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Upstairs in Miramar

Our family enjoyed our stay in Miramar. Just outside of Old San Juan and around the corner from Isla Grand, it met our needs. The condo was comfortable and the air worked great in all the rooms. It was an easy drive to the beach too. The only draw back was the walking up to the fourth floor. However, the cute balcony with surrounding views was worth it. Tip: the food at Los Pinos Cafe one block away was excellent.

Nice place and close to beaches

Andrés was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond when I had questions and thorough with property check in. The apartment was cozy and well suited for people who were there to explore. The building is a little run down but that did not bother us, however if you’re wanting luxury this is not for you. The pictures are close to what it looks like. The biggest difference is the laundry room area. It does not look like the picture at all. The neighborhood was up and ready to go by 7:00am each morning with people leaf blowing, dogs barking, and people out talking. School was not in during our stay but I imagine that would make it noisier. In all the apartment was nice for people who need a place to lay their head. I would stay again.

Beautiful clean and spacious apartment close to everything

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment!! It was clean, spacious and we could walk to restaurants and a supermarket 5 minutes away. We also were close to bus stops to go to Old San Juan. The owner Andrés had everything ready: even soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided, which is a first for me, and I have been renting from VRBO for more than 12 years. We had cold bottles of water in the fridge upon our arrival which was a really nice touch. I would definitely recommend this apartment! We were 8 people who needed a place to stay before our Disney cruise: 2 families (2 adults-3 kids and 2 adults-1kid) and there was ample space for all of us to sleep and eat. The only thing negative was the Wi-Fi was only strong enough while in the living room but we would lose connection in the bedroom. If again in San Juan, there is no doubt we would rent out this awesome apartment. Thank you Andrés!

Parking access to property blocked

On arrival at the property a car was parked on the street blocking the building parking entrance. There were no other places to park on the street. The owner was texted but did nothing. We circled the streets for 30 minutes but the car did not move. We informed the owner we were not staying any longer to wait. Follow up call to VRBO asking for refund was a no. Texted the owner several times to request refund but he stopped responding.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and stocked with the immediate essentials we needed coming in on a late flight. Great Urban Location For Visiting PR

Very comfortable place to stay, clean and spacious. Kitchen ready for easy meal preparation. Bed and pillows ultra-comfortable. Small balcony to look over the neighborhood. Note, pack light, four floors walk up, no elevator. Close to San Juan area and stores. No traffic during the mornings even tho is close to a school zone. Parking available in street and private parking provided. Host very communicative and available at any time. We really enjoy our stay!

Our stay here was amazing, though there were some down falls the pros out shined the cons! Andrés was very attentive to every need. He sent text messages the day before to show where everything was, which was needed and helpful. There is loads of amenities in the apartment. Towels, beach supplies, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash were all here and ready to go! We used the washer and dryer, both worked amazing and super convenient. Very secure, and close to some good restaurants. We loved Yamburger! There was also water ready in the fridge we bought a case and left them in the fridge. The downfalls are it is right next to a school, so no sleeping past 8am. The apartment was clean just needed a little more attention to the floors! The AC in the front bedroom with 3 beds was extremely loud! The beds were very stiff and hard! And 53 stairs with suitcases was not fun, but we were aware in advance. I absolutely would stay here again and recommend it! The Amenties, seating and bed count sold its self for the 6 people traveling with me! Pictures don’t do a justice to how beautiful this apartment really is!

Thank you for letting me know about the noise of the air conditioning of bedroom with 3 beds, I have already changed all the air conditioning of the three bedrooms for new ones. Regarding the appearance of the floor, I commented that the appearance of the floor is like that because it is an artisan tile commonly used in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean in the late 50’s till 70’s. This place MADE our trip!

First, Andres was an incredible host for us. He was not only flexible with our arrival and departure but also responded quickly to any of our inquiries. He stayed in constant contact with us to ensure everything in the apartment was to our liking. The apartment itself was INCREDIBLE! The apartment is located on the fourth (top) floor of the condo so there are a few flights of stairs to climb. The decor was beautiful with wonderful art pieces spread around the home. The patio off the living room offered great views of Miramar and a great place to relax. There are air conditioners in each bedroom and in the living room but if you open up the windows of the dining room area and the door of the balcony, the apartment has a refreshing cross breeze. Each of the bedrooms were spacious and allowed for all of us to have privacy when we needed. Each bedroom was also just a few steps away from bathroom. The washer and dryer were an excellent amenity and the kitchen was complete with dishes, silverware, microwave, coffee maker and even coffee! The apartment was clean and the location in Miramar had a nice amount of restaurants, grocery stores and even a nice movie theater within a 5 minute walk. It is a 10 minute walk to Condado beach, about a 15 minute walk to Escambron beach and a 10-15 min Uber or Taxi Ride to Old San Juan. Andres has available 3 beach towels, a bucket, some folding chairs, a foam football, and a cooler for a nice trip to the beach as well. This apartment made our trip!

Condo was nice and clean but the furniture was well used the place needs a good touch up

The week we were there it was hot. the only ac is in the bedrooms which is stated on description. It is the top unit in building so the rest of the condo was really hot. It is in a great location and we had alot of fun while there. The condo was clean and had good linens and towels. The furniture is well used and could do with a real good cleaning (spills)and a few minor needed repairs around the place. I noticed it is rented a lot and for good reason. We really had a good time. I would recomed installing A/C in the main living area of the condo.

Felt like we were at home

Arrival we entered to nicely decorated comfortable place. Put our luggage down took a tour and noticed all the comforts of home. Individual air-conditioning in each bedroom. Ceiling fans in the living spaces and the patio door left open helps with some humidity. A nice little patio overlooking the street to watch the sunrise on Saturday morning and enjoy a cup of coffee to discuss the days plans of sightseeing. Kitchen was sufficient for making breakfast. Eggs and bacon. Plenty of hot water towels and soap. Although we didn't use the washer and dryer the dryer is new. Would've loved an elevator for oversized heavy suitcases. For our bad knees. Perfect location!

This was our second time at this apartment. Andrés was so accommodating for my family and I after debarking off of the cruise ship. The location was perfect for grocery/restaurant needs. Beds were comfortable and clean. Living areas were clean and roomy. I hope I get to come back sooner than later.

Would absolutely come back. Restaurants and grocery store/pharmacy within walking distance. Ate at a place called Yamburger that had alcohol and gluten free options. Hamburgers were excellent. Very quiet and secure neighborhood. Andrés was so easy to work with and friendly and nice. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in bedrooms and fans throughout. Great Property for a Young Group

Awesome apartment for our stay before and after a cruise in/out of San Juan. Location was great, and there were lovely restaurants and coffee within walking distance. Uber was also very cheap and prompt! Andres was super helpful with any questions I had via text message, and even replaced an iron that wasn't working when I told him about it. Only problem was that there was NO AC but the windows and fan worked just as well!! The stars were killer since it was on the 4th floor, but as least you got a workout every time you left and came back :) If and when I make it back to San Juan, I am definitely going to look through the availability of this apartment! Great location, walking distance to a strip of restrauants and shops.

We had a great time in Mira Mar. It was close to some nice restaurants and shops. Yam's restaurant was walking distance from apartment (which was one of our favorites). We drove to Old San Juan because we wanted to stay late and not be in a hurry for the bus. We only stayed for a few days , but we comfortable. There was plenty of room for all seven of us. They provided enough bathroom towels and toiletries that would supply all of us. It was clean and comfortable. Only a couple of things need an upgrade, an air conditioner in the living room would be great it was so hot when we were there. Also a new mattress in the master room needs to be upgraded. Andres warned us of the stairs, he was not joking they gave us a workout. Amendola's

Why they chose this property

Miramar has always been one of San Juan's favorite neighborhoods because its in the middle of everything! A Historical/Colonial neighborhood located between Old San Juan and Condado. 5 miles from my place to Condado and 8 miles from Old San Juan. Overlooking Condado Lagoon you'll find great restaurants,supermarket, gourmet shop, banks, pharmacy and cinemas. Miramar is also centrally located for the Puerto Rico Convention Center and Cruise Ship Piers. Take the M3 Metrobus, only .75 cents to the Old San Juan (8-10 minutes), at the return get off at the stop number 12 (say the driver) after the Hotel Miramar and neo-gothic church. The bus operates from 5am through 11pm.
