Ambiente Familiar e Aconchegante

Ambiente ideal para passar dias agradáveis com a família em um pequeno pedaço do paraíso que é Alter do Chão. Embora a casa não esteja nas ruas mais badaladas da vila, ela possui um astral fantástico, além de ser belíssima, confortável e muito espaçosa. Ideal para família. Passamos dias muito agradáveis e confortáveis aqui, e acreditem que teve dias que optamos por ficar na casa curtindo a área do lazer ao invés dos barzinhos da cidade.

Casa com piscina, churrasqueira e ama área de lazer, jardim e dormitórios muito bons. Espaço suficiente para 15 pessoas bem acomodados na vila de Alter do Chão.

Lugar perfeito! Imóvel Incrível!

A casa acomoda muito bem até mais de uma família pois tem paralela à casa da foto outra construção com mais 2 quartos amplos sem falar nas redes! Podemos levar colchonetes também caso sejam mais de 12 pessoas. Tem uma ampla área para churrasco, piscina e um chuveiro ao ar livre com muitas plantas, as helicônias me encantaram. Olugar é tão espetacular que dá pra levar até o animal de estimação. Do local do imóvel vamos andando para o lugar dos shows (sairôdromo que eles falam). É só sair da casa e seguir em linha reta que você chega na Praia a apenas 3 quadras. O que eu mais amei da casa foram os quartos no segundo andar com vista para as mangueiras. A proprietária do imóvel é uma fofa, super solícita e amigável para negociação. Não procuro nunca mais outro lugar! Só quero ficar naquele ambiente de paz com a natureza! A decoração é incrível! Super Praia de verdade! Puro aconchego!
