Ponder Point waterfront cottage
Come enjoy the breeze at this waterfront cottage located at Cobbetts Pond. This property has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a full size futon in living room). Perfect for 4 people but up to 5. We offer kayaks, an outdoor grill and a firepit. Great spot to relax, fish or even go for a swim.
Although we are by the pond, the cottage is located only minutes away from several hiking spots, dining, shopping, Canobie Lake Park, Tuscan Village etc.
This cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a full size futon in living room). Perfect for 4 people but up to 5. We offer kayaks, an outdoor grill and a firepit. Great spot to relax, fish or even go for a swim.
If you are looking to just sit back and relax you are at the right place. For music lovers we have a turntable with a few vinyl’s or bring your own for your own enjoyment while you watch the serene water views from our balcony.
Please keep in mind there is a lot of stairs outside to go up and down to access the grill and all outdoor amenities. Not recommended if you have difficulties moving around and not suitable for little kids.

KITCHEN:
We have all you need to cook a meal and we have a kettle to warm up some water for your tea and a Keurig coffee machine with pods and a regular pot.
LIVING ROOM:
Our TV’s are smart tv. We do have a Netflix account or you can log in to all your favorite apps. No cable available only internet.
PARKING:
Parking is tight and no more than 2 cars will fit. No Rv’s big cars will fit.
Guests will have access to the main floor of the cottage and all outdoor area. The downstairs is just basement finished or available for guests.
I won’t be meeting at the property, however you can reach me at any time on the app or my cell phone
We have several sets of stairs. Not suitable if you have a hard time going up and down stairs and/or little kids. No safety gates.
