Lakefront w gourmet kitchen, open living, multiple decks/patios, hot tub, dock
With direct lake access, boat dock, multiple decks over 3 levels and a newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, your stay will be unforgettable. Outdoor kitchen and dining, as well as corn hole, outdoor jenga and more give many options in addition to lake time with 2 kayaks, a swim ladder and picnic table at the dock and plenty space to tie up your boat after launching at the neighborhood park.
The home as a brand new kitchen with a large island, ice machine and 2 dishwashers, a large fridge and trash compactor as well as a wet bar with filtered water. The open living and dining areas boast beautiful views and comfortable spaces.
The Point Venture neighborhood has a gym, swimming pool and 9 hole golf course with the Caddie Shack- great for pool, live music and food truck. Captain Pete's is a fav local dining spot accessible by car or boat. The park has boat ramp, our famed island, playground area, disc golf picnic areas and more.
The home as a brand new kitchen with a large island, ice machine and 2 dishwashers, a large fridge and trash compactor as well as a wet bar with filtered water. The open living and dining areas boast beautiful views and comfortable spaces.
