Came to visit the area with our small family. The house is basically brand new! Very clean and close to all the things we wanted to do. Julie was a great host. Thanks for having us!
Location was ideal for getting to nearby attractions! Only complaints were trash from previous renters was still there and stayed there the entire time. The floor was dirty/dusty under furniture. Place overall was clean! Manager was very apologetic and quick to respond to my concerns and questions. This is a neighborhood that is still under construction so that was also a negative but will be nice when it’s completed!

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback Heather and for highlighting the convenient location of our property! We truly value your comments and are glad our communication was helpful during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with trash and cleaning — these matters have been addressed with our team to ensure they do not happen again for future guests.
We also appreciate your note about the neighborhood construction; while it’s temporary, we know it can be inconvenient, and we’re excited for how the area will look once completed.
Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve and continue creating better experiences for our guests. We hope to welcome you back again in the future!
This property is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Cleanliness of the property was pristine. Property manager reached out multiple times to check on us even though we had no complaints. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore pigeon forge or just stay at property and relax in pool, hot tub, play pool In game room and relax
My husband loved the hot tub.. while we shopped all day. Brand new, very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. Property manager checked in on us and very responsive. This was the best place we have ever stayed. Check in was seamless. Beautiful throughout
Our family was in Pigeon Forge for the Labor Day Weekend. This location was perfect, with easy access to the Island and surrounding area.
Our hosts were incredible. The communication and directions were exceedingly good, prompt and above other VRBO options we have used in the area.
The home served us well. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The three stories and outdoor spaces allowed us to gather in separate areas. The family really enjoyed the game room.
This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. We had become bored with all the cabins that look the same with the black bear decor and dark wood. This place is so fresh clean and more modern, yet still very cozy and welcoming. Very spacious, open and loads of beautiful windows. Very close to town. Communication was amazing and no issues what so ever. You walk in the door and you still can smell the newness. We were In heaven and really enjoyed our stay. We really didn’t venture out much because we loved the place so much. Thank you so much
We stayed for a long weekend over fall break. The house was perfect size for four adults and two children. The kids loved the pool downstairs in the house. The house was clean and very cute. We had a great time. The only suggestion if anything I would have for the place is it would be nice if there was a sectional or better couch to lounge on that is a little bigger can more comfortable. The furniture was cute and fit with the ambience but kids wanted to watch movies and hang out. Great stay and recommend the house.
What an amazing property! Everything is clean and new! Grandparents stayed in the suite on the main floor, we stayed in the upstairs bedroom, and the kids stayed in the loft. It was spacious, comfortable, and cozy! The owners have thought of everything. Hot tub, indoor pool, gas grill and charcoal grill.... rockers on the back porch and an outdoor dining area! It is minutes from a grocery store and the main drag. Highly recommend!!!

Poorly Built New Construction
We didn't even end up staying. Very disappointing with it being a new cabin. It was a construction zone with new rentals being built. There was brown stuff running down the walls and from lights, paper towels stuffed in the corner of the ceiling, lady bugs everywhere, broken bed, and the pool are was mot cleam .
No heat for 24 hours. No instructions for fireplace. No Gym. Game room was a pool table. No chairs on the upper deck, pool room, game room, upper deck. Gas grill was too nasty to cook on. Very disappointed.
I was so disappointed! I rarely rate properties I’ve stayed at because as long as it’s clean and minor issues I can deal with it. With the pictures of the property, I choose to pay a little more. I even paid more to heat the pool. Our last night there the pool was too cold to get in. Also, the door going outside from the pool was covered in mold not to mention the bathroom with mold. The bed on the main level broke with a small framed individual sitting down. The upstairs bed was very uncomfortable & shower & curtain was not very clean. That property has such potential; beautiful! I don’t like that you are throwing them up on top of each other either. Two of the smoke detectors were not attached. I will not stay at this property again.
