Must be min 25 yrs old. This historic Springfield home has been fully renovated & is central to everything fun. Less than 5 min from Vystar & other show venues, less than 30 min from beaches, St Augustine & other areas of Jacksonville. Close to the zoo & museums & the best restaurants & bars in Jacksonville. This home is all one floor and has tons of functional space for a family. Pet & child friendly. You will feel right at home in this lovely cottage style house with tons of amenities.

The space
Take a few steps up to get inside the house then you open the door to the living room with the dining room and primary bedroom to the right, the middle room in front/behind living room and kitchen to the left. Thru the kitchen is the laundry room, door to the back yard, kids room and other full bathroom. All 3 bathrooms have shower/tub combinations.

Guest access
You get to access the entire space and the entire fully fenced yard. No space inside or outside is shared with anyone else.

Other things to note
You must climb stairs to get inside the house but then there are no stairs inside anywhere.

Perfect, cozy house for 2 couples and 2 dogs. Beautifully remodeled with cute whimsical touches and a nice little children’s book collection (no kids with us but we thought the selection was lovely.) The yard was well fenced for our medium size dogs, the kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood was quiet and very close to the stadium. The 3 full bathrooms were wonderful and so clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful as well. We will definitely rebook for future trips!
