The kitchen was a little light on staples, most notably, salt. Utensils, dishes, glasses, and cookware were all in good supply. The location two blocks from the aqua boats to Granville Island was perfect. We didn’t rent a car, but rather walked or took an Uber to shopping and dining destinations. Furniture was comfortable, and the apartment felt secure.
Thoroughly enjoyed this apartment for an extended stay! Very clean and bright and had everything I needed! Great restaurants and amenities within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it! The instructions for moving in and moving out were very clear and easy!
This was the perfect place to stay, right in the middle of lots of restaurants and stores. Easy access to the sea wall walk and the water taxi to Granville Island. Danielle was an incredibly responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!

Communication with Host was great right from the get go. We had no problems checking in with such clear instructions. Place was very clean and comfortable. Step out the door to a healthy community. A few steps from the ocean and a great walk to down town. Everything we wanted.
Very clean apartment in super location, walking distance to many restaurants, and just seconds from the water taxi. Not a huge space, but very comfortable and homey in a secure building.Danielle was a super host and each time I had a question, she answered a text within minutes. She was also available to call.Very much enjoyed our stay!
This place is perfect for exploring the city on foot and walkable to the beach as well. Kitchen was great for prepping and cooking meals but so many dining out options as well. It was surprisingly quiet for being in the city. Would definitely stay here again. Having parking available was a bonus for sure.
The apartment is tasteful, stylish and very comfortable; location is great. We had a fabulous stay. The city centre is easy walking distance the ferry boat is just outside if you want to visit Granville Island (a two min ride!). We highly recommend the apartment!

This is our second time at this property which is probably all you need to know. It’s as advertised and well managed, quiet and will get the job done for you.
The condo was is a great location - walk along the sea wall, grab a water taxi to Granville Island and other points, and grab breakfast, lunch or dinner at nearby establishments.

Excellent location, very clean, well appointed. Description of how to access entry could be more specific: “display QR Code in front of small circular camera on bottom right of post” would’ve saved us frustration in beginning. Otherwise, it was all great.

Pleasantly delighted with every aspect of this VRBO experience, from communications with Danielle and Rich on the property team, the personal arrival and check-in, and providing of restaurant recs. Totally clean, cozy, excellent working kitchen. Good water pressure and heat in all showers. Both beds comfortable. The little patio is cozy and very green, tucked away overlooking a small park and green area, very quiet. Will definitely look to stay here in future stays and recommend this host and property without any hesitation!

NO CENTRAL AIR BUT THE AD Said central air
This property is excellent location but there is NO CENTRAL AC as the ad indicated and the dryer is completely dead I would not rent this unit again

Thank you for your review. For clarity, the listing does not advertise central air conditioning - it specifies portable A/C units, which are provided in the unit.
Regarding the dryer, it is a modern Miele appliance that our cleaning team uses daily and was inspected both before and after this stay, with no issues found. Unfortunately, the guest did not report any concerns during their stay, despite our ongoing communication via VRBO messages and phone. Had they reached out, we would have been happy to assist immediately - and in the rare case of malfunction, we even cover the cost of laundry for our guests.
At check-in, the guest had some difficulty locating the unit even with detailed instructions, so we went above and beyond by arranging for the building manager to personally escort them. We’re always happy to provide this level of support to ensure a smooth arrival.
We have also added clearer instructions for using the dryer to make sure all guests feel comfortable. With 18 reviews averaging 9.5/10, we remain committed to providing a reliable and welcoming experience for every stay.
The location is excellent and the management staff are very responsive. My biggest issue is that it is very small--deceptively small compared to the photos. The photos make it look much bigger than it actually is. The en suite bathroom in the primary bedroom is so small, with no counter space. The shower is super narrow. The second bedroom is also narrow and barely any room between the sides of the bed and the walls and the closet is maybe a foot wide, so not useful at all. This place is just too claustrophobic for me.
