Gin, jazz + jealousy…Located in Lubbock, Texas, the Gatsby Getaway offers a unique and immersive experience inspired by F. Scott Fitzgerald's iconic novel. It’s designed to transport our guests back to the glamorous and extravagant 1920s era depicted in the book. Just 2 miles from Texas Tech University and 5 miles from Lubbock Christian University.

The interior is adorned with luxurious Art Deco furnishings, opulent chandeliers, and vintage decor, creating an ambiance reminiscent of the roaring twenties. The space features a large living room, dining area and vintage bar which includes a gramophone to play all your favorite vinyls. The 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are elegantly decorated with plush bedding and towels, vintage accessories, and sleek furniture. Guests can indulge in the decadence of the era while enjoying modern amenities such as high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen + gourmet coffee bar, and a private pool. We utilize cameras in order to protect the property and our guests. There is a camera located at the front door and one facing the pool.

One of the most unique and interesting and relaxing places we have stayed

We chose this because of the pool and three bedrooms and fell in love with the house and its uniqueness. I highly recommend staying here to Lubbock.

Amazing Property!

Have to say the listing doesn't begin to capture the beauty and charm of this house. So many little details that add to the Gatsby vibe. Amazing place, great host, and would definitely stay again!

Great house

Family was in town for a long weekend. Then unique house was a great extra element to the weekend. The Gatsby theme was well done and we fully immersed ourselves in it, including daily night cap in the speakeasy.

Quite the Gem

Sometimes photos don't do justice to the subject matter. This is one of those times. The pictures online look great but the reality is so much better. The entire home was well thought out and fit greatly within the theme. The entire process was easy, from check in to check out. The host was easy to reach and fantastic to interact with. We'll be planning to book here again any time we return to Lubbock.

What a getaway!

My family and I had such an amazing time at the Gatsby Getaway House! The entire home has been transformed to give guests an amazing experience. We appreciated all the details in the decor. Everything was nice and clean. The backyard was beautiful during the day and especially at night with the lovely twinkly lights everywhere. We really enjoyed the pool, the nice lounge chairs and large umbrellas. Such a unique place to stay and I highly recommend it!

Good time

We were there for our daughter’s graduation. The house itself was amazing so many cool features. Wish the backyard was cleaner, there were leafs and dirt everywhere could’ve used a good cleaning knowing we planned to use the pool since we paid 200 for the heater. The checkout time was a tad early for a house of that size trying to get cleaned up and out was very rushed. Overall it was fun and we enjoyed our time.
