This centrally-located home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level. The office/workspace is at front of the house with beautiful neighborhood views.
The open-concept kitchen, living and dining rooms offer ample space for your social gatherings. The back patio provides comfortable seating and a gas fire pit to enjoy while the kids jump on the trampoline.
Upstairs is a bonus room with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. The queen air mattress will provide additional sleeping space in that large space.
One room has a trundle bed (2 twin beds) and children’s books and toys including a play kitchen and much more. Games and puzzles available.
Blackout curtains in 3 of the bedrooms.
The gated backyard is ready for your furry friends and kids to play! (Please pick up any messes from the dogs to prevent tracking thru the house). :)
Our South Meridian location is within 5 minutes of I-84 and Roaring Springs Water Park, within 10 minutes of downtown Meridian, and 20 minutes from downtown Boise.

I love my neighborhood. We have 2 playgrounds on opposite ends of the neighborhood and my neighbors are amazing. I respect them and the privacy and peace our neighborhood has to offer.
