The house was awesome. We loved the vintage vibe and it was perfect for our party - a surprise 60th birthday party. Lots of entertaining space. It was pretty chilly in the house, but the host gave me a heads up and provided space heaters.

We enjoyed having Amanda with us! She was very clean and considerate. I would definitely run to her again thank you so very much.
Great people and a rich history. Imagine this house being erected and the gasps it’s caused in 1970. Now we all can appreciate its unique beauty, its clean lines, its thoughtful design thanks to Gia and her husbands diligent work to preserve an iconic home. We saw a bald eagle, and 2 incredible majestic stags. What a location.

Absolutely! Amazing family! We would read to them anytime! They were first class, absolutely courteous, and wonderful to work with!
We booked this home because it was the perfect bedroom layout for our two families AND because it didn’t seem like just another boring cookie cutter VRBO. Gia was fantastic to work with throughout our stay and made our arrival feel like we had just travelled back in time. It was fun to marvel at the architecture and the energy the owners have put in to making this property have that authentic vintage feel. It was a perfect stay!

Courtney was awesome!! Our most considerate guests yet! Our place was appreciated and well kept! We truly felt we were renting to friends and would welcome them back anytime!
To say the house is beautiful is an understatement. It feels inviting, bright, and it’s so spacious. We enjoyed every space. The decor is eclectic, fun, stylish, and tasteful. There’s so many nice and charming touches throughout. Had tiny issues, in a way expected from a 50 y/o house, so minor that had no negative impact on our stay overall. Our host, Gia, was very friendly, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. We would love to stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

Angel and her family of friends made hosting our place meaningful and enjoyable! We love renting to people that “get it”! Staying in a place that is original and vintage is an experience, we hope it one day to feel like a museum full of life and happiness thank you for setting the tone we hope to see you again!
THis is a way cool modern home from the 70s. IT was a time warp and when all the lights and appliances work its gonna be fabulous. A cool gathering space- one of a kind

Thank you Tim. We have a museum like historic place with wonderful original lighting, and St. Charles kitchen gadgets. It’s best advised to read welcome letter provided with all information and directions to have a five star experience. We welcome inquisitive minds as long as their interest is carefully considered as we have one of a kind original fixtures.
Booked this place to gather together with adult friends (4 couples) to celebrate a birthday and everyone's good health. The architecture and the authentic 1970's vibe was most defiantly a fun backdrop to our celebrations. With 4 of the 8 of us being architects or designers, it was especially enjoyed! The owners have been working hard at restoring the home and curating pieces and accessories which complement the home's era. The place accommodated our group really well - we enjoyed cooking, dining, playing games, streaming music through their amazing retro speakers, having a fire in the large fireplace, and the charms of the retro organ in the living room! Gia was very thoughtful in setting up the house for us and always good at communication if we had a question about something. Thank you for helping us have an amazing stay!
This house is amazing! It's like walking into Disney's Incredibles' home. The owners are currently restoring this beauty to its original glory, and they are doing fantastic! We loved so much about this space. The furniture, appliances, decor . . . Everything is just as pictured and better. The queen beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The rain showers are amazing. The coffee bar was well stocked with coffee and creamer options, fun mugs, and various machines. The central air did not quite keep up with the 80 temps during our mid-June stay. A few extra portable fans would have been helpful, as there are no ceiling fans. The lights were an adventure to figure out, and the main overhead lights in the bunk bed rooms are both on the same switch in the room to the right. Not a major issue, because there are lamps. Just something to be aware of. There's also no microwave, but the kitchen appliances were functional other than the dishwasher. We didn't mind washing things by hand in the amazing original sink, and Gia provided disposable items as well. Our main regret was not spending more time in the house! We were in and out for a wedding nearby and all agreed we should have booked another day just for the space.Gia was very helpful when we had any questions or issues. She made us feel welcome and cared for. We truly wish them the best as they continue to bring the 70's back to life in Bellevue.
