Why they chose this property
Located on Mornington Peninsula near the Beach, Hot Springs, wineries, fishing spots, and most importantly is sitting on the Golf Course with all amenities available from free Wifi access in all areas including the apartment complex, digital lock no key needed but is available if needed, this apartment is located closer than all other apartments to the Club House where you can find restaurants, bar, pro-shop , etc for me was no brainier to invest in this all year around busy place with location close to everything. Peaceful surroundings all greenery around my favourite colour and picnic areas and all sorts of entertainment outdoors.
What makes this property unique
This one bedroom apartment is unique because has NO STAIRS but still has privacy like no other apartment in this area . Walk straight into the apartment from opposite parking spot number 28 no other apartment has parking that close and especially No Stairs who wants to drag bags, shopping etc. on the holiday.
