The property is fully enclosed with a gated entrance with lots of amenities such as the pool, outdoor shower, smart tvs, ample lounging areas, board games, grill and more. We can arrange grocery shopping so your fridge is stocked upon arrival, chef services, transportation to and from the airport. Our team is always available to assist in making your trip to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico the best ever!

Only 35-40 min drive from the San Juan Airport.

The villa is equipped with all the essentials from towels and linens, to shampoo and soaps, and all of the kitchen equipment needed to whip up a gourmet meal. For play time, there are board games, cornhole set, paddle boards, and plenty of entertaining spaces to enjoy. At night, the entire property lights up with a warm inviting glow. String lights hang from the pergolas provide your own personal shining stars and the bubble glass sconce lights shimmer and twinkle. We've created the perfect place to Rejuvenate, Relax, Indulge, Laugh, Dance, or Let Go.

Services: We go above and beyond for our guests providing a multitude of services such as transportation to and from the airport, booking excursions, private chef services, grocery shopping, event set up and more. Our team is prepared to make sure you and your friends and family have the best experience possible.

Home Layout is as follows:

Apartment or ground floor level is located just off the carport with its own entrance. Inside it has a dining room, living room, and two bedrooms. There is a full bathroom shared by both bedrooms.

2nd Story Level- has its own entrance that faces the driveway. You enter into a foyer or common area before ascending a flight of stairs. At the top of the stairs is a dining room, that is open to the kitchen, then the living room is on the ocean side. Off the living room is a large balcony on the oceanside with panoramic views of the ocean and El Yunque rainforest. There is an outdoor living room set as well as a 4 person dining table on this balcony. This level has a half bath off the dining room and then two large master suites. These two rooms are the same size with their own bathrooms attached. Both bedrooms are connected to large balconies. Awesome Ocean views that can be seen throughout this level. There is also a staircase off the oceanside balcony that takes you down to the path to the ocean.

3rd Level/Loft- There is a spiral staircase that is in the corner of the dining room that takes you to the 3rd level. There is an open loft living room, a full large bathroom, and a private bedroom. Through the bedroom there is a complete wrap around balcony with amazing panoramic ocean and rainforest views.

Guest House- Is a completely separate structure from main house featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Main house and guest house are included together with every booking. You will not share the property with anybody.

Home is equipped with brand new 20 KW diesel generator so you will never be without power as well as a large backup water cistern

The neighborhood is very quiet on the week days as most homes are vacation homes that are visited on the weekends.

The home is only 8-10 minutes from road 3 which will take you to Luquillo and Fajardo heading East or Carolina and San Juan heading West via connection to HWY 66. We recommend renting a vehicle as the property is 45 min from San Juan.
