Neighborhood watches closely here and most of them are neighbors living here for a long time. We don't hope they are being upset. We have to enforce house rules below to respect the community.
* No parties or events allowed, neighbors will call police if any disturbance occurs.
* Guests are not allowed to play music or make loud noise outside of the house (including front deck, rear decks and driveway etc.) at ANY TIME (Pacifica City Ordinance), neighbors will call police.
* QUIET HOURS from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, Guests should not spend time outside the house during quiet hours. Guests should not play music or make loud noise during quiet hours. Neighbors will call police if any disturbance occurs.
* Only guests named at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.

Guests will have access to the whole unit on the main level except the locked closets. Please don't disturb the lower level. Fireplace is not allowed to use. The garage is used as a laundry room and storage room. No car is allowed to park in the garage. The rear deck downstairs is shared. * Fill in a reachable mobile phone number in the app to ensure that you can receive calls and text messages during your stay.
* Laundry should not be used during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
* Any Guns, Any Drug use, Any Smoking (including Marijuana) is prohibited within the whole house (including inside and outside of the house, front deck, rear decks and driveway etc.).
* Report any damage to us immediately, so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs.
* Make sure the heater is turned off before leaving the house every time and final checkout. An energy charge of $50 will be charged for each occurrence.
* Remember to turn off the stove after using it.
* Parking should be in front of our house, not neighbors' houses. Parking should not block the street. Garage is used as a laundry room and storage room, no parking inside.
* Fireplace is not allowed to use.
* For everyone's safety, outdoor security cameras are in use 24/7.
* Similar to the majority of houses in this area, our house does not have air conditioning. But we provide electric fans.
* We provide plastic slippers and disposable slippers, please change your shoes to slippers when you enter the house.
* Keep the environment clean, throw the trash, containers and paper (please squash) into the corresponding trash cans in front of the driveway for sorting. Keep the lids of the trash cans completely.
* Guests should not take any items from the house.
* Check out by 11:00 am. The cleaner will come to clean the house after 11:00 am.
