Coffee maker, tea, starter supplies and a treat for Fido! are on hand for your arrival. There is an additional casual dining space and open plan family room for everyone to gather. The family room is adjacent to the fully fenced patio garden that features lounge like seating and feels like another room to the house!

All 4 bedrooms of this 1,980 sq ft home are located upstairs featuring 2 queen rooms and a large primary with California King, seating area, en-suite bath and walk-in closet. The 4th bedroom is a flex room and can be set up to suit your needs as a twin bedroom/nursery or office/den. Just let us know what works best for you! Each bedroom has been designed to provide a mini boutique hotel feel with luxurious plush mattresses, beautiful bed linens, large mirrors, ceiling fans, black-out curtains, clothing storage, hangers and laundry baskets. The bathrooms are stocked with essential arrival supplies, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet rolls and a hairdryer. All that's required is your toothbrush! Also on the first floor is a laundry room and built-in desk area, great for homework or a dedicated spot to work from home.

The home is located in a family friendly gated development, just a short stroll to the swimming pool (open May - October) and kids play area.

Other features include an attached 2 car garage, powder room, and smart TV. Utilities, trash, internet, gardening service and a monthly cleaner are all included in the rent.
