About this property

RV#2 stay on Lake Livingston, large slide out

About this space
This is a nice 30' RV with a large slide out, covered deck, comfortable furnature, high speed wifi, smart TVs both in living room and bedroom, access to waterfront and 3 piers within close walking distance, and upgraded 1 ton high efficient mini-split heat pump, and 40 gal electric water heater (instead of the normal rv small tank, get wet, lather, rinse, etc before it runs out). Boat rentals, lake swimming, and fishing all available with lake waterfront on property, and just 2 miles from town.
The space
Great access to Lake Livingston waterfront (approx 275’ from water), 3 piers, fishing, picnic’ing, beautiful sunsets, small watercraft rentals, bonfires, bbq’s.

In nature, yet close 2 miles to full grocery store and restaurants!

This is a nice 30’ RV with large slide, light wood accents, smart TV & high speed wifi, central AC & heat, nice shady deck/porch. It does not have water view but is short steps to the 3 piers & waterfront activities.

Use for short term rental retreats, or long term.

Long term rental requires application submittal, paid $10 background/fiscal responsibility check and related approval, & security deposit.
Guest access
Entire rv and patio are yours. Shared areas are 3 piers and other grassy areas (outside of ur grassy area)
Other things to note
We are on a natural lake and there can be in wetlands area across the street or in any uncleared brush snakes, spiders, snapper turtles, alligator across the bridge, hawks, eagles, raccoons, etc. No real danger but occasionally for a couple days usually in spring or early summer, mom alligator will come and drop off a baby alligator off every couple years, stats with it a couple days then leaves. Baby tends to be about 3’ to max 3.5’ when this happens, is too small to be issue, can still only eat max size bullfrogs, kind of fun to watch, but then normally leaves as well within a few weeks cuz too much activity from us. Parks & Wildlife and licensed trappers both said to leave them alone when this small, just do what we do because most the little one can do is eat bullfrog and will leave to find different home if we keep up our activities. And after 8 years we see this is correct.
