You will love the view from this well-appointed, upscale studio unit with a King Bed and Queen Sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, chunky trim, luxury bathroom, and private covered deck looking straight at the lake and mountains. One of the best views on the property!

Not only is there so much to do on the property, there is also so much to do off property! Rent a boat (seasonal), hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (seasonal water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion.

The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

**The pool is open all year and in the mid spring to early fall we keep the temperature comfortable, heating when necessary. Subject to host discretion in regards to weather and/or temperatures. The pool can be heated outside of the early spring to mid fall window, however, there is an additional cost. Message us for more details!

**Lake levels decrease a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports etc.

** Hot tub is year-round but will not heat all the way up during frigid temperatures.

**Full disclosure common areas and exterior entrances are covered by security cameras.
