Time for a peaceful beach trip! Just minutes to the beach, private 1 bedroom apt that is all brand new! Park outside your door! King bedroom with lots of storage & TV. Large bathroom with tile shower! Living Room has 50" Smart TV and access to a front patio. There is a kitchenette that has a Keurig, microwave/air fryer, refrigerator and table and chairs. Central air conditioning makes it comfy! Great S Forest Beach Location! End of owners home, but private entrance, nothing shared. This is a newly finished 1 bedroom apartment. You have your own parking, own entrance, own patio and nothing is shared with the owner. Minutes down a private beach access for residents only to the beach. The location is less busy than other beaches. Is located in wonderful South Forest Beach Drive, near Coligny and Sea Pines. The apartment offers everything you need for a quiet, restful stay! Owner requests Adults only.
