Conveniently located condo 1.5 miles to The Square and to Vaught Stadium, on the OUT transit route. 20 minute walk to campus via Oxford Trail. Our condo offers a relaxing living space and kitchen complete with keurig coffee maker, toaster, full size range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer and steam iron if needed.

For your entertainment, there is a 65” smart TV where you will be able to use your favorite streaming service via our included Wi-Fi. Onsite gym and a pool.

We were in town for a wedding and hotel’s were very pricey. I decided to take a chance on this unit and we were so pleasantly impressed. Two beautifully decorated large bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room. The unit was clean and decorated lovely. No detail was spared from bath products, designated makeup wash cloths, blow dryer, iron, and waters in the refrigerator. The host was very responsive to my texts and even helped us out with some dining recommendations. It was a rainy day Sat. so we utilized the gym- everything you need for a workout. Quiet location and close to downtown Oxford. A real gem!

The place was perfect for a game weekend! It was clean and at the end of the trail so you could walk to the Grove, it is about a 30 minute walk right down the trail and as hard as Ubers are to get after a game it was perfect. The hosts were fantastic, great with communication and let us check out later to coordinate without flight!!

Excellent location and very clean

The stay was wonderful and the place was fully remodeled. Bedding was comfortable and location was easy to uber/drive quickly to Square or to the University. We would stay again as owner was easy to message and quick to respond!

Place was clean and quiet had good night sleep. 2 of your own parking spots about 50 feet from front door. Close proximity to the college and the square and Waffle House.Will stay there again.

Softball Weekend

Perfect

We were there with some family members for our daughter’s graduation. The location is ideal for access to both campus and the Square. The unit is incredibly clean and tucked away and an extremely quiet little condo complex. I can’t say enough about Dawn. She was incredibly responsive, and is so sweet that she even left our daughter a graduation gift when we checked in! If we come back to Oxford with the same amount of people, this will be the first listing we look at for availability!
