At the end of it all, you'll still get a peaceful retreat in the sauna or one of the 6 bedrooms, as this property boasts 2 acres in a quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to welcome you! The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for big gatherings, with two stovetops, two refrigerators, ample counter space, and additional bar seating plus three high chairs for little ones.

Tucked behind the bar, you'll find a small bedroom with a twin bed, exterior access, a Pack 'n Play, and outdoor play signs to help keep the little ones safe. There's also a half bath in this area and a guest closet stocked with essentials like extra pillows and blankets, cleaning supplies, a baby monitor, and a first aid kit.
Laundry & Guest Hallway:
Off the main living space is a fully equipped laundry room with two washers and two dryers, an iron and ironing board, perfect for extended stays. A hallway leads to five additional thoughtfully furnished bedrooms and two full bathrooms. My husband and I are active members of the community - him on city council and me on school board. We own a number of local businesses including an MMA gym, a video production company, a construction company, a drone cropdusting business, and of course - our properties where we love welcoming visitors to the town we call home!
Why they chose this property
We love how quiet and peaceful this location is. It’s spacious and relaxing while also being close to many conveniences, including the golf course adjacent to the property. This home has really been a labor of love. It was actually once a group home and sat empty for many years, so now it brings us a lot of pride to see how many families and groups of friends have made awesome memories while staying here. We love hosting and being a tiny little part of our guests’ stories in that way!
