This was the PERFECT studio to stay for one month! It is very "cheery" with great coordinating decor. It did not seem small or cramped as it is"divided" with an original brick structure. The items were very thoughtfully conceived and perfectly placed. The bathroom and walk-in shower were quite large with a great shower head! For a studio, it is quite spacious and could easily accommodate two people. The couch, while not a pull out or convertible, is very deep, long and comfortable. There are plenty of pillows, linens, towels, cleaning supplies, utensils, and cooking equipment. It is stocked with a single Kuerig with pods available and individual coffee creamers and raw sugar packets. There is also a vacuum, broom and pan and a Swiffer. Parking is easy and for longer stays, a city parking pass is cheap! 11!. I sincerely enjoyed my stay and would HIGHLY recommend it!
The Stylish Studio in Walker's Point is a great little spot in this up-and-coming Milwaukee neighborhood.Cleanliness very good; what prevents 5 stars is the couch was quite dirty under the cushions and against the wall. But not a big deal.Bathroom and kitchen were clean, well-appointed. Clean towels and dishes provided. Bed was firm and comfortable, plenty of pillows, which was appreciated.Location is great; close to the freeway and walking distance to the coffee shops on 2nd Street. Property Manager was friendly and communicative. Easy instructions to get in and out. Fair rules and guidelines - no problems there. Tip for travelers - the studio gets a lot of light in the morning, so bring a sleep mask if you're sensitive to light.Only areas for improvement: A front porch light (motion triggered) would be fantastic - it's very, very dark at night. I could not see the punch keys for the front door, in fact. And it would be great if the curtain across the front window were a little longer, to totally block out the light in the morning. This spot is a gem, I will be returning!
