Amazing property, super clean and modern. Lots of amenities at Palm Cay. Very quiet and relaxing spot. Highly recommend! Guy was very responsive and the check in and check out was seamless.

Excellent property

The apartment is great, Located just in front of the Marina. Nice view, quiet place, perfect for a good time with the family. The house is fully equiped, much more than usual places for renting. Guy was a perfect host, always available and provided us with good suggestions and help. Definetively a 10 out of 10!!

Outstanding Accommodation

We found this property to be perfect for our multi-generation family vacation, with 6 adults and 2 pre-teens. The unit is quite new, clean and very well appointed with nice furniture, comfortable beds, a large patio and a fully outfitted kitchen, with coffee tea and condiments remaining from previous guests. The kitchen has a full fridge plus large freezer, 2 ovens and a convection range. No microwave. The main open living / dining / kitchen area has a wonderful view over the quiet marina, and we spent much of our time out on the patio. The living room was very comfortable too, and there were many board and video games available for family game night. "Uno No Mercy" was so much fun! Only the double bedroom has a partial marina view, the Kings overlook the quiet back street. The bunk bedroom is very small, suitable only for kids. The beach club has excellent facilities (pools, bars, restaurants, lounge chairs) which cost 20/person/day, or 30 with gym. You can rent paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis on the beach. 10 minute walk to the beach club. Rent a car or golf cart if you go back and forth a lot. The location is somewhat remote if you don't have a car, but there are good taxi services, 30 minutes to downtown Nassau. 20 minute walk to grocery/liquor store. The host Guy was excellent, with fast responses to our queries and very helpful with suggestions on activities. Overall, our experience here was outstanding and highly recommended.
