The combination includes both apartments, sleeping a total of 12 guests, the garage, and rooftop deck. Includes two fully stocked kitchens, five full bathrooms, and two complete laundry rooms. Great for wedding parties, family gatherings, and more!

Why they chose this property

The home is located in a prime downtown spot. We're only 3 blocks from both Main Street and the Riverfront. It's walkable to some great bars, restaurants, and so much more!

What makes this property unique

This historic building has great history as it was built as the first veterinary clinic in Evansville, over 100 years ago. It has been modernized with a great renovation back in 2008 but still maintains its original charm with exposed brick walls throughout.
