PLEASE READ FULL LISTING DESCRIPTION AND LISTING NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING. Unique no frills den located right in the heart of Downtown Tacoma’s Theatre District. Steps away from everything Downtown Tacoma has to offer!
Please note that this unit does not have any windows, only a skylight. And that this unit is more suited for shorter people due to low ceilings in bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is more suited for shorter people due to low ceilings in bedroom which come down to 5’8” at bedroom entrance. Everywhere else in the unit is about 7-8 foot ceilings. This unit is more suited for shorter people due to low ceilings in bedroom.
This unit is in the heart of downtown Tacoma and next door to a bar/club so expect noise.

Parking for this unit is metered on-street city parking, which is $1 an hour Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. You are able to renew your parking pass every two hours max. Saturdays parking is $2 for all day parking and Sundays parking is free.
Another parking option is a parking lot one street up the hill from this unit. All day parking there is around $10 total. The lot is located off of Market Street.
Last option is you could head up the hill a couple streets and find yourself a free parking spot, but would obviously have to walk back and forth to the unit from there. *Please be advised*
If you plan on checking in past 11pm on your check-in date, we will not be able to provide host support until 6am the following morning. So please be aware any unit access issues/questions/concerns will not be addressed until that time.

Great spot and as advertised

Excellent spot with ease to many areas in downtown Tacoma. Despite confusion on my part for the check-in Michael was excellent and patient and prompt in addressing my questions.

Another perfectly amazing stay at the hobbit hole. Clean, comforting, and convenient. My last stay was in the summer and an AC unit was provided. This time, I stayed during winter and space heater was provided and TRUST me, it is enough to heat the apartment. I actually had it turned off for most of the time and would leave it on for 30min to 1hr a day and that was enough to keep the place warm.

Extraordinary stay! The only thing I have to say, is that I didn’t catch any mention about the ceilings! If you’re short like me (5’3) then you’re in the clear but the closer to the bedroom you get, the lower the ceiling becomes to about 5-6” above my head. Very clean and has everything you need for weekend away. Michael was very responsive and only had trouble checking in because of my lack of understanding how to use the Vrbo app. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!!
