Casa confortável, só precisa melhorar em alguns quesitos. Chuveiros, eletro domesticos,sanduicheira, máquina de lavar .

Cada banheiro tem um chuveiro os utensílios são os usados normalmente para execução de qualquer tipo de alimentação liquidificador microondas panelas varios tamanhos ..etc copos pratos talheres (facas,garfos,colheres..etc) filtro agua acoplado travessas...etc churrasqueira tem grade refrigerador duplex conforme hospede (informação posterior)o chuveiro saia agua muito quente, com o calor que esta era só diminuir a temperatura do mesmo se nao quisesse mexer era só trocar de banheiro, tem mais 2 É feitos vistoria antes da locação era só chamar a pessoa responsável.

A casa é excelente, limpeza, conforto da até vontade de ficar mais tempo, os responsaveis atendem de pronto ao chamado. Com certeza sempre que for para Ubatuba será onde irei me hospedar, nota 10.
