Guest Access:
As our guest, you will get access to plenty of amenities that the Residence offers:

• One Parking Spot.
• 15$ per guest payable at the front desk.
• grocery store.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.

To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid license.

Please note that the person making the reservation must be 23 years old or older.
