The Architect’s Villa is a spacious holiday villa with a private pool and sea views over the Messinian Gulf. The villa is designed in dialogue with traditional Mani architecture, yet has an absolutely modern feeling.
The villa consists of three stone volumes and is split over two levels. The first volume consists of two Master Bedrooms with private bathrooms. The second volume holds a gorgeous living room with a fireplace on the first floor and two Junior Bedrooms with shared bathroom and a playroom on the ground floor. The third volume includes a fully equipped kitchen while the dining area with sea view merges all volumes into one. Villa‘s floor-to-ceiling windows and metal details are unique characteristics of The Architect‘s Villa.
The Architect’s Villa stands in the middle of an olive grove and its gardens give the feeling of aromatherapy. Outdoors the villa has a covered pergola with a dining area equipped with BBQ and a comfortable lounge next to the private swimming pool. Situated away from crowds, the villa is just a short drive away from picturesque Kardamyli village and unique beaches, such as Kalogria, Foneas, Kalamitsi.
The villa was designed by awarded architects office 3harchitects and holds distinction in category "Residence" by Hellenic Institute of Architecture.

Architecture, peace, beauty and happiness
Family holiday 5 boys and two parents. Every age from 10 to 50 loved the house, the place, the atmosphere, the architecture, the surroundings, the views, the surprising wild horses, the house cat, the brilliant team keeping the house so beautifully clean, the little corners, window seats and quiet spots to escape in to, the poolside dining, kitchen meals, backgammon and card games, the little adventures into the hills and the myriad of brilliant suggestions for beaches, tavernas and bars from breakfast to mezzo snacks to sunset cocktails. A truly restorative, soulful AND fun place to be! Thankyou all behind this lovely house -could not recommend more

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, super clean, and beautifully designed. The location had great views and was very quiet and peaceful, but at the same time it wasn't too far from town. The plants and the olive trees gave a very pleasant aroma. The host was great. We hope to visit again soon!
