The kitchen is still under renovation, but access is available with basic appliances provided. This small inconvenience is reflected in the rate. The window units cool the entire house. Space heaters warm the bedrooms perfectly fine. The internet works great.

This is a nonparty or event house. That means no guests outside of your immediate group are allowed over. Go visit your friends at their place.

There is also no smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind on the property.

Both of these activities are absolutely forbidden. Do not violate these policies. Book elsewhere if you intend to violate these policies.

Also, you are expected to remove all of your belongings upon checkout, which includes all of your trash. Trash goes in the trash receptacles. Full bags of trash go in the trash bin on the back patio. Do not leave excessive amounts of trash.
