Located within 30 minutes of downtown Austin, 10 minutes from Lake Travis - enjoy a private and tranquil oasis nestled within the Hills Golf Club - home of the Jack Nicklaus-designed Hills Golf Course.

The bedroom features a comfortable king bed and the study has a convenient murphy bed, desk and everything you need to work if needed.
You'll find everything you need with fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer - just like your own home (or fine hotel!) It features an en-suite bathroom with a two-sink vanity, large walk-in shower, and large walk in closet so that getting ready in the morning is a breeze.

The Pool House is a covered structure that boasts a TV, LED fireplace, seating for eight, and an outdoor kitchen. Enjoy the national staple that is Texas BBQ on the restaurant grade BBQ grill, grab a cold one from the mini-fridge, and watch the game, play a game, or just relax.

Want to have a glass of wine or a sip of the whiskey you bought checking out Hill Country's Whiskey Trail? Do it around the pool (or firepit) with plenty of seating - pub tables, adirondack chairs, andirondack rockers, padded chaise lounges, and the ambiance of integrated LED lighting throughout the pool area.

The pool boasts a baja shelf and in-pool adirondack chairs so you can sit and put your feet in the water and soak in the sun, or enjoy the shade underneath the several umbrellas. Shallow or deep end - bench sitting exists around the pool, so you can sit or swim, or swim and sit. Too cold? warm up in the heated spa. Otherwise, float. Floating is best.

Time to go to out for the evening and you've spent the entire day in the pool? Rinse off in the outdoor shower (with hot and cold water!), change in the outdoor-accessible half-bath with AC.

Firepit? Four rockers allow you to just relax and watch the dancing flames as dusk settles on Texas Hill Country and bring an end to your exciting (or lazy) day, and turn in for a night in luxury with a king size bed, and light blocking shades.
