Great beach, ocean and inlet traffic views off the smallish but very useable balcony. The room clean and just as we expected. Unfortunatly, when we booked it, the listing should have had front and center, a big warning note that beach restoration was going on 24-7. There was an entire construction sight right out front. They were operating a huge sand-water seperator, 4 big Cat bulldozers(think back-up alarms) and other stuff plus lots of lighting on and off throughout the night. It was entertaing to watch but we feel like vampires for lask of sleep. That said, I would stay there again because it has to be better
