This condo is oceanfront and looks onto Honl Beach.

The condo has tile flooring through out the unit. There are double wide sliding glass doors leading to the lanai and beach.

The bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV with full cable.

The bathroom has a decorator sink and a tile and glass stall shower,

The kitchen has an over the stove micro wave oven, electric stove and oven, dish washer, and a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Custom seamless counter tops and sink are featured in the kitchen bar.

The Dining area has a glass top table that seats 4.

The living room has a queen size convertible sofa, flat screen TV with cable, and air-conditioning

There is free WiFi in the unit.

The Kona Reef Resort is less than a quarter mile from Kona town. Walking distance to many restaurants and night spots. The reef is right next to Honl Beach. It is also 9/10 of a mile from the start/finish line of the Annual Ironman Championship.

As we live on the Island in Kailua Kona, we are readily available to assist our guests with information on local site-seeing.

Kona Adventure

Wonderful location, walking distance to everything in terms of food and bars. Condo was clean and had a comfortable vibe, great for a couple or single person. Situated a bit back from the ocean view, but you can hear it and it’s nice to sit on lanai and have snacks, and breakfasts. Bed is also pretty comfortable! Loved that there was tons of equipment for a fun day at the beach! Great place and would reccomend and/or stay again!

Perfect base to explore

We enjoyed the close beach, but really enjoyed exploring the island. The hot tub at v the v end v of the v day v was fantastic.

My family and I had a great stay at Paulette and Marty's condo in Kailua-Kona. The condo was clean and stocked with everything our small family could need. It was so nice to have easy access to Honl's Beach and to be within easy walking distance to town and nearby amenities.

The condo was lovely. It was clean, nicely decorated, linens were plenty and the kitchen was well stocked. The only down side is the view is somewhat obstructed. The complex is great and well maintained., The gas grills are immaculate and great to use.

Perfect Location and Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. The unit is a short walk from downtown Kona, and covered parking was great to keep our vehicle cool while not in use. The unit is clean and well-stocked. The Kona coffe and hand-written note from Marty, the owner, was a nice touch on arrival. Enjoying coffee while watching the waves on the lanai was a perfect way to start the day! Thanks!

Loved this Condo

We loved this little condo. It was perfect for us during Ironman week. It was close to shopping, restaurants and the start of the Ironman race. Great views of the beach and loved watching the sunset each night. We would highly recommend.

Awesome location

Great property with Honl’s Beach 20 ft away. Had everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable snorkeling gear, beach chairs, shade umbrellas, and everything you would need in the kitchen. Walking distance to all the hot spots downtown with a great farmer’s market for fresh fruit and vegetables. Highly recommend this property.

Good location.

Condo is in the Kona Reef which is a wonderful location within kona, next to the water and very close to town. Unit had peekaboo ocean views and was well-stocked, including lots of beach gear we could use. Listing was accurate. And owner was responsive. No issues, we’d stay again.

Great property and location. Had to travel to a different beach as there were homeless people living on the beach next to us. Place was clean and had many amenities to offer. Used the cooler, the chairs and towels when we went out. Not close for snorkeling though.

This is a very nice property. It is in an older condo complex that is built around a lush courtyard and pool. Our condo faced the beach and was very quiet.

Clean and compact condo with all the beach gear you need! We enjoyed the spectacular view and soothing sound of the ocean every morning! The pool area was refreshing and there were bbq’s available to grill food. Great space for two!!

Great Location Has Everything

Family Trip

Great location! We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach and walk to downtown. We had a family of four with little ones and were able to all fit. Really appreciated having a high chair and pack and play already there making travel easier for us. We would happily stay here again!

10 day stay on the Kona Coast

This is a great value. On the beach, short walk to all the restaurants and activities in Kona. Nice pool and hot tub area...and the hot tub was actually "hot"! The owners were very supportive with area and activity info before our arrival. We would happily return for another stay.

Great location and host

This was our second time at this condo and we love the location! You step out the sliding door and have easy access up the lawn to Honl’s beach and to see the sunset every night on the west lawn of Kona Reef condos along the waterfront. Quiet building- we don’t hear people around us at all while in the condo. Nice saltwater pool and hot tub! Marty is a very accommodating host, and he addressed a couple small things we noticed upon arrival promptly. Great communication. Kitchen had what we needed to fix meals. There is a portable fan in the living room that we put in the hall near washer dryer to send a/c to the bedroom and that worked well. I love the reclining chair in the living room. We will be back!.

I’ve been coming to Hawaii to visit a couple times a year for over 10 years. I spend most the time on the Hilo side with family. This trip was scheduled as a romantic getaway with my boyfriend. We love the sunsets and dining on the Kona side we will do it again.

This condo is a recently beautifully remodeled vacation rental in the heart of Kailua Kona, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, with stunning ocean views and easy access to local shops, restaurants, and beaches. The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all amenities. The owners have provided everything you will need for a very comfortable vacation. Kona Reef is on the beach, and the breathtaking sunsets and viewing jumping whales are just a few steps from your lanai.Micolyn, our host, is incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. I can't recommend this condo highly enough. We have stayed at this Koan Reef condo complex in the past and will return to this particular condo in our future visits to Kailua Kona. It truly is a little piece of paradise!
