The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 1700 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.

The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The dual master suites each contain en suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and stall showers with floor to ceiling tile.
Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and three fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.

For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, plus splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Great Place for Thanksgiving Week!

This is a spacious 3 bedroom unit with an outdoor patio overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds. Very convenient access to two pools (there are many more in the complex)...a quiet lap pool and a walk in pool for kids with water features to play in. It was the perfect place for us, our adult kids and little grandkids to enjoy time together.

Excellent Resort Style Vacation

We loved our stay at the legacy villas. Both the property grounds and the actual unit are kept in immaculate condition, very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we had any needs. The location of this unit is perfect for families with kids as it is super close to the main pool with splash pad. I highly recommend and will be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 along with a set of grandparents. The layout was wonderful with having such private master bedroom suites along with their own patios to hang out on. We loved being right next to the pool and thought the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Would definitely return. Thanks for the great stay!

Great Pace

Loved this listing. Other than some minor inconveniences such as, missing a couple of large bowls, square baking pan, pancake turner and a broken can opener, this was a wonderful visit. We had a wonderful time at this accommodation. Looking forward to coming back.

Lovely time!

Lovely stay at legacy villas! Our second time here! We brought our two toddlers and the grandma and booked the 3 bedroom Villa. It was the perfect set up with kids with a mother in law suite on its own wing away from the chaos of kids. Love that the pools are all heated as well! Makes a huge difference traveling in the cooler months. Very attentive staff to any email concerns as well! Will definitely be back :) Thanks again

Absolutely best family thanksgiving

There were a few glitches but this was remedied immediately Greg is awesome as we did have some problems but they were corrected within hours and always to our satisfaction and above We are only unhappy because someone beat us to renting it for next year!!!!

Location was ideal, nice grassy area for kids to play. Condo was ok. Ice maker did not work, not a comfortable couch or chairs in living room. Mattress in smaller room was terrible! This unit can be rented as a 2 bedroom or 2 studios. Had lots of doors and hall ways. Our friends rented a 3 bedroom up a few blocks for a lot less. It had a garage, a comfortable feel and was just across the street from one of the smaller pools

Mary, Thank you for the feedback. All ice-makers in the desert stick from time to time because the fluctuating temperatures. Our manager is available every day to address such issues should they arise (next time simply notify us and it will be fixed immediately). Yours is the first and only complaint we had ever heard about the guest mattress but will investigate immediately and most likely replace it. Both master suites have quite luxurious mattresses. It's possible someone overlooked the 3rd bedroom. We have also never had a complaint about the couch and chairs but plan to replace the couch next month just to be safe. We pride ourselves on providing the best service and value and will generally match most advertised prices. Your friend might have negotiated a preferred rate with that owner, but we checked the advertised rates on VRBO and our prices are extremely competitive.

Great pool access + the basics

We stayed 5 nights in this 3-BR condo, which has fantastic access to two pools. The quiet, gated community felt upscale and safe. There’s ample parking on the street right out front. Landscaping is well-maintained and the property is quite attractive overall. Communication with the host was excellent. They provided a nice guide to the property, which includes information about the unit, the gated community and the surrounding area. If you stay here, read the guide -- it's very helpful! The unit has most of the basics but not a ton of extras and is showing some wear & tear. Kitchen basics beyond salt and pepper would have been nice. The door on the dishwasher was squeaky and the sink faucet leaked at the base. The BBQ is slow to heat and doesn't get super hot -- not the host's fault, just the nature of electric grills! The takeaway: don't plan on cooking gourmet meals, and bring your own oils/spices. Grocery stores are conveniently located nearby. There is a good toaster and coffee maker, so if you plan to mostly eat out you should be fine. WiFi access and TV options were very good. Each patio has a cafe table and chairs, and the WiFi reaches them. Some of the furniture (e.g., mattress and couch) showed signs of age and were not the most comfortable. Our bathroom sink was missing the drain stopper, so we had to be very careful not to drop anything in the sink. Toiletries in each bathroom were acceptable, although we nearly ran out of toilet paper. Nice bathroom towels and pool towels were provided. The A/C unit in our bedroom was loud. In addition to the strong air flow, the vent squeaked and rattled. My husband had to use noise canceling earbuds to sleep. There did not seem to be a way to lower the air flow, so one side of the bed was quite cold and we could not find any extra blankets. Check-in and check-out were easy. Do allow a few extra minutes for check-out, as departing guests are requested to take out all their garbage & recycling to the nearby bins and to start a load of laundry. I'd consider staying here again, although not at the price we paid (inflated ~4-5x due to the tennis tournament), and we’d check first re: the wear & tear issues. At the normal price (not during tennis), this unit would be a decent value. Again, the up-sides to this rental included a very communicative and helpful host; fantastic pool access; nicely designed and maintained gated community; and a clean unit with good WiFi and other basic essentials.

Lovely property

Beautiful resort with an abundance of pools. The unit itself was spacious with 4 TVs, 3 bathrooms, and 3 beds. Our family was able to spread out and relax without bothering each other. Very short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Parking was convenient, right next to the unit. We will be back; it was the perfect way to safely relax for a few days.

We had a wonderful time, but as we arrived we had a little trouble with the electronic key pad to get in. We fiddled around for 1/2 hour and then we called the Reservation Manager and he stayed with us on the phone until we were able to get in, as we had never received the code to get in. He then sent someone over to check things out in person. Our villa was wonderful and in a perfect location. We will definitely come back and try to reserve this villa again.
