Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lower the balconies shutters before leaving making sure there are no obstacles that can obstruct them.
Make sure the water heater and air conditioner are off.
Return the keys to reception in Tower 4.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
