Odor does matter!
This manufactured home should not be a VRBO listing. It needs a thorough gutting and cleaning. The hosts were still cleaning when we got there an hour past check in time. They explained that the previous tenants had smoked and were attempting to air out the house. The house was in poor repair with black stains in the shower stall. There was no blanket on the bed and the one we found had tears and cigarette burns on it. The sheets were heavily perfumed making it very hard to sleep. Furnished with random furniture picked from a bad thrift store. There was suspicious stains and debris in nightstand. The deck was falling off the building. Fortunately, we were not there to use the kitchen as I wouldn't want to cook or eat in it. The stove was missing 2 of the 4 burners. The hosts were trying but this place really needs to not be a vacation rental.

Family weekend
Cleanliness of the refrigerator wasn’t the best. We enjoyed the place, especially getting back to nature with the wild animals. The detour to get the the property was long however provided great animal viewing. Fishing was not to great as had to drive a long ways to get to the lakes. Town was fantastic as the woodcarvings contest was going on. Will stay again as the kids really loved it. The black stone grill was new, but didn’t have the right tools to keep it clean.
