Located just 250 meters from Lincoln Road. Walk to the best bars and restaurants. The new Lincoln Eatery (food court) , new Trader Joe's, shopping, the Miami Beach Convention Center, and only 1 km to the beach.

This 1 bed/1 bath unit was completely remodeled down to the studs in 2015 with extreme attention to detail--new kitchen, new bath, new flooring, new everything! Perfection!

This new and modern unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, plates, glassware, etc. The private bedroom has a walk-in closet (for all of your shopping bags), a queen-size bed, and a 43" in-wall TV. The living room has a 60" in-wall TV, a split-back sleeper sofa (that folds flat to a full-size bed), and a dining room table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower--all linen and towels are provided.

The unit also has central air conditioning, cable tv with international channels, free Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer (which comes in handy after a few days at the beach).

Great location and very clean and cute!

This property was clean, cute and well situated for home base if you're looking to explore your way through the area. The managers were SO very responsive. There was an issue with the freezer and they ran in while we were gone to check it out, and communicated well with us about it.

Huge disappointment. Listing does not represent actual property.

This property is nice, but not being maintained and not the "extreme attention to detail" and "perfection" as claimed in the listing. Many of the walls are beat up and in need of paint Living room TV never turned on or worked. Couldn't open ice drawer in freezer or risk breaking plastic door Bedroom, side table cracked. TV remote in Bedroom broken, (backing doesn't stay on). Window in Bedroom has thick dust caked on Bathroom has mold in shower, extreme water damaged molding and latches all broken to the slider doors. When we attempted to have the manager come out, we were stood up following day, and finally came out in the afternoon of following day, right before our departure. Unable to fix the television or address other problems.

Awesome Location!

We were able to walk to dinner every night. A short walk to the beach and shopping. We were surprised how close we were to everything.

Great stay!

Location was great, quick 10 min walk to the beach. Next to some great cafes and Lincoln Eatery! The apartment was clean & secure.. The service was excellent! Quick responses.
