If You Are in Arlington For An Event....

This property is conveniently located and we felt safe staying there. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked! The owner responded to my communications and suggestions. The additional charge for parking when there is no event, is possibly unnecessary due to the lack of tenants.

Run Away!

There was nothing about this property that was enjoyable besides the distance to the stadium. There was dirty sheets and rugs. Broken blinds, lamp shades and toilet seats. No kitchen supplies and the entire place smells like sewage! The pictures are very misleading...run away!!!

The unit had no odor and the only damage we found was a bend blind. We have received nothing but 5 stars (10/10) until your review. Great location if heading to an event at AT&T stadium globe field or 6 Flags. Unit was updated but could still use a little work here and there. Manager communicated extremely well and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The King bed was pretty soft, I prefer a harder mattress but that’s personal preference. Would recommend
