We want to welcome you at our beautiful resort. In order that all guest can enjoy their stay, the resort implemented some strict house and resort rules :

- Quiet hours are from 11PM till 9AM. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed inside the property or on the resort
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed in the property
- Onsite roving patrol and security
- NO PETS allowed inside the property !
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the property or in public areas on the resort, this includes e-cigarettes and medical marijuana
- If you wish to BBQ grill, there are grills available on the resort. Grills are NOT allowed on the property balcony or lanai.
- No candles are allowed inside the property
- To access the resort amenities, you need an amenity pass to enter. These passes are provided inside your property at the entrance or kitchen counter in a display holder. Passes might have advertisement on them. Passes can be shared between guests, it is not required that each guest has a pass when using the amenity.
- Pool towels are provided inside the property, make sure to return all towels back to the property when used outside. Missing and badly stained linen will be charged.
- EV charging : there are EV charging stations on the resort, it`s not allowed use the power of the property.

Not close to pool

The house was clean , 3 levels of stairs. You can’t control the AC , it has to stay on 71 and the upstairs was always hot. The entry level room was very cool . Cellular service is almost non exsistent. If you are out for the day at a water park and call after 5 , you get a security officer who isn’t any help . This unit is further from the pool. It’s easier to drive and park than walk to it . This may be good for a couple but it wasn’t the best fit for our family . Walgreens is a block walk away. Publix is a short drive to the next red light. Only one car is allowed to park at house. It wasn’t terrible. Just not Fantastic .

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in/out process was easy. The resort itself was clean and the location was great. The unit needs some major updates. The carpeting throughout the unit needs to be replaced with anything NOT carpet. It was dirty and worn out. The living room furniture also needs replacing. The couch had a hole in it. The bedroom downstairs was uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress is hard And thin. While the unit was “clean” it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean, nicely appointed, and within easy driving distance to both Disney and Universal Parks. The only thing I might have liked that wasn’t offered, was a more plentiful supply of towels. Otherwise, it was perfect for our party of 7. I especially loved having access to a washer and dryer. The unit is 3 stories, which should be let in mind for those who find stair climbing difficult. One bedroom is on the first floor, two others are in the third floor.

Excellent Choice

The checking in process was great, rooms were clean and as advertised. Location was excellent, close to the attractions but far enough where you're not stuck in traffic. Pool wasn't as overcrowded as I had expected. The people at the front desk are ultra nice and will help you out with no hesitation. Only complaint I would have was that it felt too hot inside since we couldn't lower the AC past 71. Coming from ultra hot and humid Richmond; where I leave my thermostat on 65 all year long, this took some time to get used to. Temp was ok on the first and second floor, but upstairs was a little uncomfortable throughout the day and night.

Great location

The condo is great for a large family or two smaller families. There were a few minor issues that can easily be addressed. The door knob on one bedroom is loose. The bed in the bottom bedroom is not as comfortable as the others. There are few towels and some are very thin. Overall, though, we had a very enjoyable stay and the pool is very nice. The location is very convenient to all the parks and conference facilities.
