About this property
Remodeled Kitchen & Bath, Views, Wi-Fi, Garage Parking, Onsite Hot Tubs TE504
Nestled on the fifth floor of Breck's popular ski in/out Trails End Condominiums, this delightful two-bedroom retreat (managed by Ski Country Resorts) invites you to enjoy a serene escape where every comfort of home is infused with the enchanting spirit of a ski town getaway. Spanning a generous 1,075 square feet, this abode is a tapestry of rustic elegance and modern convenience.
As you step through the door, the allure of the mountains meets with an interior that captures the essence of Breckenridge’s alpine charm. The heart of this home is a kitchen adorned with beautiful wood cabinetry and equipped with the gleaming sophistication of modern appliances. Whether you're an aficionado of the culinary arts or a lover of heartwarming meals, the kitchen is a haven, complete with glassware, dishware and a full suite of cooking utensils waiting to bring your favorite dishes to life.
Serve your culinary creations at the inviting wood dining table, which offers seating for six and sets the stage for memorable feasts and tales of the day’s adventures. The plush L-shaped couch in the living area promises relaxation and repose. Unwind as the gas fireplace crackles, its warmth complementing the alpenglow outside, while a movie plays on the 32" flat screen TV, or as you dive into the pages of a novel with a steaming cup of cocoa in hand.
When the day wanes, the master bedroom is your private sanctuary, featuring a luxurious King bed adorned with quilted bedding, and its own 26" flat screen TV for intimate movie nights. The second bedroom is outfitted with a Captain’s Bunk, sporting a Queen bed on the bottom and a Twin on top, each wrapped in cozy bedding that promises a restful slumber, along with a 15" flat screen TV for entertainment.
With the addition of a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this unit comfortably sleeps seven guests, ensuring that everyone has a restful place to dream of the next day’s explorations. Both of the unit's bathrooms offer a serene space to rejuvenate with a hot shower or a leisurely bath, washing away the exertions of a day spent in the great outdoors.
Step out onto your private deck to greet the morning sun or to bask in the tranquility of the mountain vistas. During the summer months, this is your front-row seat to nature’s majesty, an unspoken invitation to unwind and breathe in the crisp mountain air.
Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
And for those times when relaxation is the only item on your agenda, the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex awaits (available seasonally), offering indoor and outdoor heated pools, a sun-tanning area, and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, ensuring that every moment of your stay is steeped in comfort and relaxation. (Please note, seasonal access is subject to Spring/Fall closures).
This Breckenridge haven is not just a place to stay; it is your gateway to mountain memories, a home where each day ends in the embrace of evenings spent around a crackling fire and each morning greets you with a tableau of the Rockies—a vacation not just to be had, but to be cherished.

Why they chose this property
Boasting 300 days of Sunshine in Winter and Summer, Breckenridge is the perfect retreat all year round! This unique and charming town offers something most Ski Towns don't - A TOWN! Sure, we have a world renowned Ski Resort in our backyard... But we're so much more than that! Breckenridge is rich in history. Having started as a mining town in the late 1800s, Breckenridge has seen a lot more than just the transition from single seated chairlifts to Quad Super Chairs and Gondolas… You know that saying “If these walls could talk?” We’re sure that’s how every meticulously maintained building in our Downtown Historic District must feel. We, as locals, work hard to preserve the history and feel of this Victorian Style themed town and many of the buildings lining Main Street are originals from the old mining days. The Breckenridge locals are proud of their town’s past and eager to tell stories of its colorful history. We also encourage visitors to take part in one of the many historic tours that Breckenridge offers, either by foot or horse drawn carriage or sleigh. So come, experience for yourself the magical town of Breckenridge. Indulge in some of the best restaurants you have and ever will experience, take pleasure in strolling up and down Main Street and window shopping all of the rare and unique shops that it offers, join us for one of our crazy annual festivals – such as the zany Ullr Festival, where we give praise to the Nordic God of Snow in hopes that he will bless us with a snowy ski season. Oh, and while you’re here, get out there and explore our 5 peaks of 2,900+ acres of world renowned ski and rideable terrain!
