This charming property offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. With 2 king beds in the bedrooms, you'll have a comfortable and excellent night's sleep. There is also a Queen sized floor mattress in the closet that can be placed anywhere in the house. All bedding included. Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as a washing machine ,dryer( in the property) AC, heating , iron, hair dryer, WiFi and beach chairs. Huge kitchen with full sized appliances, cookware and small appliances, including a blender. Whether you're exploring the city or unwinding after a long day, our property is the perfect home away from home. One onsite parking space included. Street parking may be available for an additional vehicle. Please note: Hutchinson Island Beach Renourishment Project may underway.

The condo is absolutely adorable and super close to the beach as advertised! The owners were so communicative. We had one small hiccup with there not being a futon as advertised and only a mattress, and it was going to be used for someone in their 60s, so they had a bed frame delivered for us! They went above and beyond with everything. Would definitely stay there with them.

Very roomy and great location

Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive hosts. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!
